1:22
hey everyone welcome back to the live stream tonight we are doing the wind fairing portion of the unaka explor
1:29
thoughtlife roof rack install so we're going to be going over this
1:35
part so if you look right here these two endcaps and the front fairing this is
1:42
what we're going to be putting together and if you missed yesterday's live stream we were assembling this long uh
1:51
both side of the van uh pieces for the roof rack the support
1:58
bars all right so let's hop over here if you guys have not watched the live
2:03
stream yesterday or know what we're doing we are working on our 2021 all Drive High roof 148 in wheelbase uh new
2:12
customer van that's in the shop we're starting with the roof rack we got a lot of fun things that are happening up
2:18
there we have the not the roof rack that we're putting on but we have the X2 from
2:24
numatic cooling that's on its way to be installed we have the max fan Deluxe
2:30
which is a 7500k version so that includes the remote has the automatic open and close feature when it gets
2:36
above um I think it's 78° so we have that plus two 200 watt
2:43
panels two 55 wat panels and then two 30 wat panels so a lot is going up on this
2:50
roof and uh to hold it we need to have a good roof rack so yesterday what I did um let's
2:58
hop over to the computer and let me show you some photos of what I got
3:08
finished see if I can find these there we
3:19
go so this is what this is a fan blade from my shop so if you guys are
3:25
wondering what what the heck that is um yeah but this is the roof rack
3:31
and I'm very impressed with it so the first thing right off the bat that I'm impressed with is the Precision so when
3:38
I was kind of joking and kind of poking fun at the you know 13 30 seconds or
3:44
whatever that was in some measurement uh I went by those and to my amazement
3:52
this thing lined up perfectly on each side with the Ford holes now there was
3:59
some mod ification that had to be done to the holes uh when I was working on it
4:05
and I'm actually going to send those over so that you guys can see what those photos look
4:10
like let's see
4:20
here see we
4:28
had yeah let me send this one over
4:38
here I think we had four see one two three I think we only had three holes
4:44
that had to be modified and let's see here email this to
4:54
myself yeah so when you install these roof racks you have to be careful well not not careful this is just kind of
5:02
part for the course when you're installing this you have to modify the whole opening you have to widen it on a
5:08
Ford Transit so let me get a picture of what that's supposed to look
5:28
like okay back up here all right so if we're
5:35
looking at the top of the roof rack so on each side of the van you have
5:41
these cross members inside the van so they stretch from the uh there's four of
5:46
them so you get one in the front and the two in the middle and one in the back
5:51
and the roof rack doesn't matter if it's unaka flat Lane vanco ABC rig they're
5:57
going to use that hole that's already put into the uh chassis of the van or
6:04
the roof structure to bolt the roof rack on it's just you know for if you're a painter
6:11
plumber you're going to buy a roof rack and they're going to you know that's where their whole locations are going to
6:17
be however when Ford actually puts the van together and it puts the skin on the van so this piece big piece of sheet
6:24
metal uh and they actually glue it on top it can have an an offset so it's not
6:31
exactly perfect when you remove this uh plastic
6:38
cap so you don't remove these I'm just using these for an example but you'll remove this which is used to be what was
6:45
right here you'll remove the cap clean it up and all this is covered in the final
6:52
video that I'm going to make I'm going to make a short video that'll be the kind of like a time lapse and voice over
6:59
of the the whole install process so you don't have to sit through all the live streams so that's already going on in
7:04
the background but when you remove this cap and you clean it you're going to find this photo so you're going to find
7:12
a under the cap you're going to have something that looks just like
7:17
this so you have the primer from Ford then you have whatever paint color of your van and then inside here this is
7:25
that cross memory you're seeing and you would think that it's going to be in the middle of the hole
7:31
but it's not so some vans that I've worked on you know four holes will be out of alignment uh you know you might
7:39
get two holes out of an alignment if you're lucky um so yesterday we had
7:45
let's see one two three four so this van only had four i' say it's about
7:50
average but what you need to do is I drew a permanent marker here and I use
7:55
that so that when I take my Dremel and I grind away this portion the bolt is
8:03
actually able to go in straight through and it doesn't bind on this corner and strip the threads on the inside so it's
8:09
really important that you do that um and it's better to do that at the beginning of your van build because there's going
8:16
to be some metal shavings that get into your van and it's just easier to do all the dirty stuff at the beginning of your
8:22
van build and then later clean it all up before you put all your nice stuff in so
8:28
that's why like to do the roof first and the windows if you're going to have any in your van conversion that we do so get
8:36
all the metal get all that grinding and cutting out first that way when you're done you can wipe everything away clean
8:42
it vacuuming it up and then work on building out your interior so these you have eight of them
8:48
on the van and they're located like that
8:54
um but back to the Precision of this van or or this knock a roof rack uh yeah I'm
9:01
very impressed so all those measurements that we were following yesterday which is right
9:09
here like I said I was uh kind of poking fun at this this number right here um
9:17
because a normal tape measure that you have in your house is not going to have a 302 of an
9:23
inch uh measurement so the fact that it's this
9:29
size is definitely a number coming from uh for to locate this hole right here so
9:38
this is kind of funny I put it at 79 a half
9:45
so that's that's where I put it and it worked out just fine but yeah these numbers that are
9:51
very precise work very well so follow the instructions and the install is going to
9:57
go really smooth so we installed this reil um and then I did the driver
10:07
side and then what I did is so I did the passenger first so that's what we
10:12
assembled on camera in the live stream uh after the cameras went off I finished up the driver side and then I
10:21
put uh black RTV Sant around each of the bottom of the
10:27
pads just to make sure just you know you don't have to do it but I like to do it just as extra precaution and then I I
10:34
bolted down the right side because it the really wasn't any adjustability left or right cuz sometimes you'll take this
10:41
whole entire roof rack and you'll want to either shift it left or right so that it's
10:47
Center I found that the right side was there really wasn't enough movement so I
10:53
just left it in place locked the all the bolts and checked it off
11:00
but when you do put the other side on whether you start on the driver's side or you start on the passenger side and
11:05
this is with any roof rack you want to take your cross
11:10
members and you're going to want to put them across the van now they do refer
11:16
unaka refers to this in the instructions right
11:25
here so they want you to Center the rack on the
11:30
and then use these standard the the cross bars and just temporarily put them into place so that you're not binding
11:37
these when you go to put them in or you're not having too much movement with
11:43
these so what I did is the first two are temporarily bolted in to get your rear
11:50
width and your front width matched and then I just laid the two in the middle
11:57
over the brackets so that I just made sure I didn't pinch you know
12:02
anything so when I go to put the solar panels in I don't have to go back loosen a bolt adjust anything it's everything's
12:08
set and ready to go uh and again to my
12:14
surprise there wasn't that much movement on the left side as far as adjustability and so I was worried that these
12:20
crossmembers would be in a bind and I have to do some type of weird adjustment but they weren't they were perfect I
12:26
mean each one of these were like a 16th uh
12:32
Gap and that's that's pretty incredible so either anaka is super precise which I
12:38
think they are or for did a good job on this particular van off the assembly line but
12:44
yeah both of those two things came together and everything I don't know I get really excited when things are very
12:50
precise so very happy with what how this install went um so as of right now
12:56
everything is lock tight sealed ready to go the next step is to finish off the
13:04
front um by doing the wind fairing which we're doing today and then uh middle December so
13:12
hopefully in the next two weeks is when the uh X2 AC unit from nomadic is going
13:20
to be shipping it soon as I get that I will be able to more dial in where this Max
13:27
vanan is going to go because because uh on paper it looks like I'm not going to have any choice to put it
13:33
where it's at however now that I have the whole kit I might be able to see if
13:39
I have another option as far as mounting locations um so yeah you guys get to see
13:46
the whole process if you don't want to have the exact layout as this uh but
13:51
it's looking like we are going to have to go and be uh very specific on how the
13:59
instructions are just because it's such a custom kit uh this is pretty much the
14:04
layout we're going to end up with which is what we wanted this is you know what
14:09
we bought so the layout just to let you know before we hop on this front fairing
14:15
we're going to have two 200 watt panels in the front and then towards the back this is
14:21
going to flank uh 255 watts are going to flank the max fan and then the rear has
14:28
the to 30 let's see what they are let's see if they're 30 or
14:34
35 35 watt so they're 2 35 watt on the
14:42
back now this square is an opening for the X3 which is the larger version of
14:49
the pneumatic cooling AC unit um however since ours is uh just smaller length and
14:56
width by a couple inches I think it's only maybe two or three inches on the left and right
15:02
side um it's not I don't think it's enough to put 255 Watts back here but we'll we'll
15:08
see when it comes in uh but yeah we've got the solar panels we're just waiting
15:14
on the AC to come in to really tighten everything up on the roof and that way we can just install that check it off
15:21
and we can start moving down the van uh because we are doing a full van conversion on this
15:27
van all right so let's get into what you
15:34
guys came to see in the live stream
15:39
um is the wind fairing getting assembled so I haven't done it and this
15:45
will be my first time doing it which this thing this kit is very straightforward so I don't imagine any
15:51
surprises but that's the fun thing about doing it live so let's get over on the workbench
15:57
here and start putting this together uh we got these two end caps that you assemble first and then after you do
16:05
that you have this middle piece uh I won't show you
16:12
guys this being put onto the uh van tonight uh it'll just be a short
16:19
live stream of just putting this together but don't worry the uh full video full install video
16:26
with the time lapse and voice over which I'm trying to make it about you know 15 minutes something that's easy to
16:33
watch um that'll be just the real uh you know kind of get to the
16:38
point video that everybody likes um but for this on the live stream this just
16:43
gives me a time for you guys to ask questions if you have any during the live stream while we do a little bit of
16:49
work in the shop so I like to do it it's fun so I'm going to bring my phone over
16:55
here in case you guys have any questions I don't have to keep looking at the
17:05
computer all right so when you get this roof rack kit for munaka you're going to
17:10
have a big box of what it is the 8020 and all the top stuff that's on the roof
17:16
all the rails the uh stuff like that you'll have a second box this will come in its own
17:24
box and then you'll have a final box which is uh all the bags of
17:31
Hardware so that's the three that's the three things you want to look for when you are receiving your
17:47
package now I use a razor to cut all this stuff open but I've done this like a million times
17:54
so be very careful when you are uh taking taking this off uh the powder
18:00
coat is very resilient but to a razor blade you know not so much
18:12
so so when I'm doing this I'm being very
18:17
careful also helps if you have a nice sharp
18:24
blade yeah but when you get new parts you don't want to don't want to scratch it up
18:33
[Applause]
19:10
now you guys know I like Flatline vanco products uh however this one just
19:16
in the last two days is starting to become my favorite product because uh I like metal
19:22
fairings being stiff um the Flatline vano has a abs
19:29
plastic and sometimes it gets really hot you can see a little bit of a rise in it
19:34
and then when it gets cold it does flatten out but you know in really really hot weather it might have like a
19:40
little bit of a hump so an aluminum face fairing uh I just kind of prefer
19:47
that
19:57
now so so let's see here we got our in pieces let's get this off or un
20:27
unpacked
20:42
all right let's see we've
20:57
got
21:07
and if you guys are watching this now or you're watching it later let me know in the comments if you
21:12
like this format of kind of breaking down you know once a day you know some
21:18
aspect of the van and kind of going through it on a little little bit of like a live
21:27
tutorial uh the kit right here is going to be the
21:33
uh wind fairing Hardware kit so we're going to open this up I've already opened it up so I can make sure I got
21:40
the right tools so you're going to need a/2 inch
21:45
wrench then you're also going to need a 716th wrench uh I don't know the size of
21:51
the Allen key but I already have it here so can't tell you exactly what
21:58
size it is but all right next let's find
22:07
out uh what our brackets look like so we
22:14
have so there's like some some divots on here and it looks like those go down so
22:20
this the face right here that's on the back is nice and clean and then the angled ones go on the
22:26
back so right here if you guys see you have the these uh ones that are
22:36
kind of got the 45 notches those go on the bottom and then this is the back
22:42
face so we'll do
22:51
that thing trying to follow my face come
22:56
on there we
23:26
go so we're going to flip this
23:33
over uh if you guys are working like I am with cardboard try not to slide anything on the cardboard because the
23:39
cardboard is actually slightly abrasive so just wanted to let you guys know that
23:47
before you're copying what I do it's okay to lay it down and kind of
23:53
move around a little bit but don't don't slide it
25:33
[Applause]
27:06
I'm going to take my own advice and put a towel under it it's not really going to scratch it
27:12
but what it does is it'll make a shiny spot on the matte uh the
27:19
matte aluminum finish and I just don't like the it I
27:25
don't want it to do that so
27:40
now once you put this together you're going to want to keep it nice and loose
27:46
because you need to dial it into the Contour of the the roof of the Ford
27:54
Transit now there's a piece of weather stripping that you can see right there that's going to go in the bottom and so
28:00
that's going to touch down first and then we're going to Snug it up to the
28:06
rest of the
28:26
van
28:56
in
30:24
this would be a perfect job to have a chair for so I'm going grab a
30:43
stool all right so yeah just just enough so this can wiggle around and move um that way when we put
30:51
it onto the van we have something to work with it's not going all over the
30:56
place
31:06
I'm actually going to do a little bit over here first on this piece and
31:12
then kind of learn from what I was doing
31:17
earlier now each one of these gets a washer you guys can see that in the
31:22
instructions if you're doing this
32:14
yeah I think what I'm doing now is the smarter way to do
32:26
this
32:43
so one thing uh just to let you guys know I did not do the Laps on the roof
32:48
and one reason I didn't do it yet I'm going to do it uh after I cut
32:56
out the uh holes in the top of the roof
33:01
um if you do the lab cyant and you're kind of building like me where things happen quickly where you're you know you
33:08
might put a solar panel on right after you did the roof and doing some cabling and stuff like that the lap ceant
33:14
actually hasn't cured all the way and if you jigsaw out the top of the roof sometimes that soft laps can attract
33:24
the steel filings and and bedded on your roof so makes a
33:30
little bit of a mess so what I saw Nate from explorer.
33:35
Life do in his install videoos he was able to prewire and Bolt the solar panels to the
33:44
crossmember these pieces and then set them to a set them aside and then when
33:49
he was ready to install it he got a buddy they lifted it up and put it on the roof um so I'm probably going to
33:56
take that approach that way it gives the uh stuff on the roof time
34:03
to set up yeah the name of the game with
34:09
building Vans is is multitasking so uh but doing YouTube and stuff like
34:17
that it's hard because if I'm working on this you guys don't want me to stop and then cut a window out and then go back
34:23
and install a heater or maybe you do I'm not sure but
34:31
yeah sometimes you have to do stuff
34:47
differently I like doing live streams like this because uh for example like right now I record this footage uh in 4k
34:55
and then I can drop it into future videos when we're doing a little bit more
35:02
detailed you know voice over on
35:07
uh like this roof rack video for example we'll have the clip from yesterday when
35:13
we were working on the van um it looks like I'm missing a
35:25
screw [Applause]
35:40
okay I'm going Rob from my crossmember pack I just got to make sure that I replenish
35:49
that yeah I was going to I was wondering when there was going to be a screw or bolt missing in a pack which it happens
35:55
sometimes this has been the first one out of a lot
36:01
of them of course it might be underneath here that's possible or I knocked it
36:08
off
36:20
anyway like I said the bolts are 1/ in and 7/16 that make up this roof rack
36:26
they are Nylock and then some of them
36:32
are uh all the nuts are Nylock and then the bolts are they're just it's all
36:37
stainless steel
36:52
Hardware you definitely want stainless Hardware on the roof you don't want
36:58
to have uh zinc plated or painted black
37:04
oxide for example it's just going to rust over time and
37:25
corrode
37:44
okay so there is our
37:55
fairing
38:05
now what we're going to do [Music]
38:11
is put our weather stripping on and for weather stripping we put the
38:17
soft side
38:25
up and I'm actually going to hit this with
38:31
a heat gun just for a brief
38:55
second [Music]
39:41
and if you see what I'm doing I have the heat gun pretty far away I'm just getting this slightly
39:48
warm just don't make it a g here just a little bit easier for
39:55
me
40:35
so I'm guessing that's about the
40:54
middle and put the this on there very lightly because you don't really know what the middle is and there's a piece
41:02
of metal that's uh that this rubber surrounds
41:08
and if you're OCD like me you're going to want to make sure this is perfectly in
41:16
here so what I did is I started here and I went here and then my overhang I halfed it and then I came back over
41:25
here then now I'm going to get a rubber
41:44
mallet sure this thing's tracking me so it's in
41:50
Focus there you go
42:01
the reason it's important to get this centered the first time uh other than
42:07
looks is see I'm going move it up a little
42:15
bit it's CU When this clamps you really don't want to you want to move it
42:25
again
43:25
for
44:25
for [Applause]
44:38
[Applause]
44:58
[Applause]
45:24
so there's two different size washers and they are extremely close to each
45:54
other
46:10
give me one second guys my camera is messing up again
46:20
here we're still live but the camera has
46:29
doing something weird let me reset it one
46:46
second there we go we're
46:52
back anyway my point is there's these two washers and they're really really close if you
46:58
can see so what I've done is I've accidentally
47:05
put I've put one of the big ones so right there I put one and there's one
47:11
over here and I need them so going to have to undo
47:23
that you're so close
47:42
all right guys if you have any questions uh put those in the chat right now because this short live stream is coming
47:48
to an end we're going to do a quick test fit up here and then we're going to
47:57
uh close out this video for
48:19
today all right so we got one of them back now we need to find one two three 4 four five six
48:28
7 and this one is number
48:42
[Applause]
48:54
eight
49:38
is all right so we're going to test we'll test this this up here I'm going to do that off camera because I'm sure
49:44
I'm going to have to make a couple adjustments um so we're just going to keep this stream short today but this is
49:49
our front fairing that's going to go on top of the roof rack it's nice uh
49:56
I think it's made really really well we'll take a couple pictures to show you how it Contours to the roof uh how it
50:02
bolts in and that'll all be on the uh final install of this whole entire thing
50:09
so uh join us tomorrow we're going to uh have the solar panels mapped out to the
50:16
cross member so what we'll probably do is I'll clean off the other table um I
50:22
built the other workbench to the exact size of a a 14 148 in wheelbase Ford
50:28
Transit for that whole purpose so that I can lay everything out as a roof layout or a floor layout so I'll clean that up
50:35
and um I might move the water tank over here that we're working on but yeah tomorrow we'll have a solar
50:44
panel layout and we'll lay the solar panels out we'll get the cables connected um and then have that prepped
50:51
so that when the other components come in the shop we come be ready to go uh
50:57
but this is going to go up there I'll film that behind the scenes and uh yeah we we'll keep going with this um
51:05
build but before I go I want to talk to you guys about the DIY van build cheat
51:11
sheet so if you guys don't know what the DIY van build cheat sheet is it is an Excel document that I put together and
51:18
it contains over 250 curated items that I've purchased over the last three years
51:23
for the shop so anything that I buy from like Mini Bus bars under cabinet
51:29
lighting uh Bluey systems uh anchor
51:35
wire fasteners for 8020 all the way to tools which I think is the most
51:40
important part of this whole entire list it's on here so if I've bought it it's on here it's always growing we're always
51:46
adding to it um and uh yeah I think it's going to be a great thing for you guys
51:52
to use if you're a DIY Builder you haven't bought things or you just want to have a list to kind of go through uh
51:59
that's kind of been vetted you know these are parts that I've purchased they've came to the shop I've used them
52:05
uh in some Vans but guess what it's completely free so all you have to do is
52:10
go to Van Builder hq.com click on the link when you click download the free
52:15
cheat sheet it's going to ask you for your name and email address it's going to go straight to your inbox as soon as you do that and again it's 100% free and
52:24
I think it's really going to help out so vbl hq.com or click on the link in the
52:29
description below also where's my
52:35
tab let's talk about Odyssey custom vans that is my custom van building conversion business so the van that we
52:41
are working on right behind me with the anaka roof rack and everything we were talking about
52:47
um that is a customer build the build you see on your screen right now that is
52:53
the one that is uh it's a different build and it is currently for sale so this is one that is uh we're finishing
53:00
the plumbing system on and then wrapping this one up so if you want to have a walkthrough of this van we went to
53:08
Adventure vanent Expo in Chattanooga Tennessee so you can click on uh our
53:13
YouTube video and I go through give you a tour of the whole entire van um the swivel
53:21
seats the adventure wagon interior uh components we got a Freeman flip and fold rava sink Flatline vanco components
53:30
all over the place so we've got the kitchen galys on both sides isotherm Cruise 130 Max vanan 7500k and a domenic
53:39
RTX 12vt air conition system in the back and over 600 uh amp hours of power I
53:47
said over we have 600 amp hours of power in this van which is excellent if you're wanting
53:53
to actually use an air air conditioning some people put 300 amp hours maybe four
53:59
600 in my opinion The Sweet Spot to actually be able to use the dedic RTX
54:05
2000 and operate components the next day in your van while you're topping everything up if you want to learn more
54:12
about the components in the van come on down here check out the van uh it's a
54:18
all-wheel drive high roof 148 in wheelbase van Ford Transit
54:24
with the 3.5 liter Ecoboost V6 so that's the turbocharged
54:29
V6 we got the power system we've got interior components and we got the
54:34
kitchen Galley don't forget it has a Tetra van hidden shower in the floor
54:40
along with a Northwest conversions 16gal graywater holding tank specifically for
54:46
the shower pan it also has a sgon gray tank just for the sink so those are independent so
54:53
you can kind of manage how you want to uh use your water it has a massive 40
54:58
gallon freshwater tank and a 4G hot water
55:05
tank I took a couple photos here just to keep you guys uh occupied while before
55:11
the actual nice video comes out on this van for the van tour um got the Ford
55:17
Raptor style front grill uh super cool we powder coated the
55:23
Ford Transit wheel BS so like really nice um that's a really cost effective way if you're a DIY and you want to
55:30
upgrade the look of your van but you don't want to pay for an aftermarket Rim uh one thing that's challenged about
55:36
aftermarket rims for the Ford Transit and specifically the all-wheel drive Ford Transit is the offset so the offset
55:44
is a little weird when you're doing aftermarket rims the factory Offset you
55:49
have very limited selection in the aftermarket industry um and then if you want to do more selection you're going
55:56
to have a either a very aggressive uh negative offset or positive offset
56:04
so you'll be experiencing some rubbing issues if you go um outside of the
56:09
factory offset so by sticking with some Factory steel wheels powder coating them to the color that you like you can
56:16
remove that headache of worrying about you know what offset you're using for the wheels um this one has the Flatline
56:23
vanco version 1 Point o roof wreck system with a ladder we got a lot of
56:29
Flatline bco components rigid Industries amber light crl Windows throughout the
56:34
whole entire van so the T vent windows on the passenger driver's side and then the ADB 1033 awning style windows in the
56:41
back of the van nice 41 in kitchen Galley which is huge 41 inch kitchen
56:47
Galley very big um this is the 15 by 20in Reva sink everybody really loves
56:53
I've got a special uh faucet adapter here so that allows you to use your sink as normal and then when you want to take
56:59
a shower all you do is hook in the shower nozzle here pop this little lever
57:06
and you have a shower the cool thing is you can set the water temperature before you get in the
57:11
shower really helps you to save on uh you know wasting hot
57:18
water this is a queen short mattress from Brooklyn Bedding and this is not SP
57:24
conert or anything like that but uh it's a 6-in mattress um it's really nice uh
57:32
ignore the sheets uh I bought those when we were on the road going to the adventure adventure van Expo and they're
57:39
from Walmart so you know the style could have been improved but you can put
57:44
whatever you want on there if you uh buy the van one thing I really like about this build is the bamboo theme that I
57:51
have going on so I selected a bamboo ceiling panel as a it's an add-on extra
57:57
option from Adventure wagon and I really wanted to make sure that I did a nice
58:02
detail around the domenic RTX 2000 U AC unit and I really happy about how
58:10
that came out um but these cabinets are actually Flatline vanco so I got that all to match and I think it's really
58:17
cool isotherm Cru 130 fridge uh really one of the biggest uh single door
58:23
fridges that you can put in Van before you kind of upgrade to the Dual drawer
58:28
or uh top and bottom now what I've done is I've modified a flatline vanco uh
58:36
85 fridge cabinet and I just cut it out
58:41
re uh sent it back to my powder coaters um locally and then they rowder coated everything to clean it all up it
58:48
actually has another little USB port back here for your passengers to charge their
58:53
devices the flip and fold by Freedman seating is awesome you get two extra
58:58
passengers or the ability to carry them but it flips and folds out of the way when you're not using it and uh a game
59:05
Cher with this flip and fold seat is that it has a hidden table and these two
59:11
little mounts right here you can latch in this hidden table that stows in the seat and you have even more countertop
59:17
space to work with this is the hidden shower uh it
59:23
doesn't look too hidden you see the wood but I need to um epoxy on the lawn seal
59:29
that you can see in the rest of the van I have a piece specifically for here that's the exact piece I cut out before
59:34
I put the shower pan in so this is going to be a seamless floor you almost won't even know the
59:41
transition in the back we have a flatline vanco 500 lb drawer slide uh
59:51
drawer and it works excellent so you can put your mountain bikes um I
59:57
did set the bed at a 36 inch height for anticipation of somebody wanting to use
1:00:03
this for an adventure um for mountain biking the bed panels in this van are removable so you
1:00:10
can take the three panels out and regain your cargo van if you needed to move
1:00:17
some furniture or you wanted to buy something from the store you know plywood or something like that you can take the three panels out and kind of
1:00:24
regain your cargo van this is what the hidden shower pan looks
1:00:30
like and then yeah that's underneath the bed um a little bit of the Interior all your
1:00:37
controls are right at the door very conveniently
1:00:42
located you have 420 watts of solar Up on the Roof two 100 watt panels and then
1:00:49
a 220 watt panel 7500k Max fan with a dedic
1:00:56
RTX
1:01:04
2000 there's your breakers for the solar independent main cut off and
1:01:12
thermostatically controlled exhaust fans for the power system so it's always nice
1:01:18
and cool yeah so we got an overhead shelf um let's see what else for Lagoon table
1:01:25
Amber porch light fyama f45s awning uh the German
1:01:30
Shepherd is not included and uh yeah there you go so if
