3:12
hey everyone welcome to live stream tonight we are installing a vent uh
3:18
through hole vent so this is what the part looks like and it's something I found to be awesome
3:26
if you've ever tried to vent your water tank you want to be able to vent it so that
3:31
in the event of an overflow it can come out of the vent and then two the vent just allows the tank to be able to be
3:38
filled up and discharged without creating a vacuum or any pressure to the
3:45
tank um but finding a method for sealing that U can be challenging you know you
3:53
might have a Pex tube coming out or a just a straight tube coming out uh the
3:58
problems are one how to secure it through the chassis so it doesn't kind of cut itself through that hole maybe
4:04
using a grommet but what I found with this one is uh I wanted to have a screen
4:10
in my um vent so this one actually has two
4:16
built-in screens and um let me see if I
4:22
[Music] can I'll show you what I'm talking about so we'll hop in the van really quick
4:32
so this is what we're going to be using so imagine the water tank is right here
4:37
and towards the back of the water tank we have uh a pipe or a pipe coming out a
4:43
hose and that hose is at the top of the back of the water tank so the Overflow
4:51
can come out of it and the air can come out of it to let the tank breathe so this is what um I got
5:12
so what we're going to do is we're going to fit this uh you put it we drill a hole and it goes up from underneath the
5:19
van and then screws down inside the van so I have some measurements here to help
5:26
you out if you want to put it in the same location that I'm putting it in also some tips on making this uh opening
5:33
wider because the challenge is if you need to get a wrench in there and work if you just drilled a hole straight
5:39
through the foam you wouldn't be able to tighten this nut up so we'll talk about
5:44
Dimensions how to install we'll be using uh this drill bit right here which um I
5:51
use to kind of go through the van where I know I'm going to drill but then to
5:56
locate just to double check make sure that I don't drill through anything important um I've
6:03
double checked my measurements I've kind of going back and forth and found what I
6:08
want to do um as far as where I want to locate this be
6:14
us okay just checking my sound yeah if you guys have any questions tonight let me know um it's
6:21
going to be this is all I'm going to be working on um I've already finished up insulating and organizing all the wires
6:28
in the middle of the van uh that's the wood floor subfloor has
6:33
been already glued down today um so that's permanent soon as that dries we'll move on to the other two pieces
6:40
but before I can get this piece of rear subfloor down this is the last hole that I need
6:45
to cut uh before I put this um piece of wood that we've pre-cut in here after
6:52
this uh piece of wood gets pre-cut and put in here um we're going to go lower
6:58
the gas tank um not tonight but we'll lower the gas tank tomorrow and then we'll actually
7:04
drill up through our four holes for our L track and then we'll have that pierce the floor so we can just verify
7:11
everything um before we actually do our lawn seal epoxy because once we do that there's no
7:18
going back this is the floor is in permanently and then we can get back to
7:24
putting the side panels on um and then that well yeah pretty much
7:30
uh once this side panel goes on that's pretty much the interior done except for the four or five pieces of Cedar and the
7:39
window for the sliding door um after those things are finished the interior's done except for bed rails
7:49
divider microwave refrigerator and kitchen Galley and then obviously we have to hook everything up electrically
7:56
but that'll be a lot of fun so right now what I'm doing is I'm going vertical
8:01
straight down and one thing you might want to do is uh grab like a towel or a blanket or
8:09
something like that cuz I'm going to have to be going back and forth underneath the van to
8:16
just double check that uh where all my holes are unfortunately I don't have
8:23
a camera under the van
8:35
um but before I get started drilling everything I'm going draw I'm pull up the drawing app on my
8:41
computer and I'll draw I'll draw out what
8:48
um kind of what we're getting ourselves into here let's see the last thing I
8:53
need is our big razor
9:02
see if I can find our big
9:28
razor
9:33
[Music]
9:58
h
10:07
well we'll come back to that so we can keep keep on with the stream here
10:16
um okay oh there it is it's up here we are finishing up the window LED
10:22
so that's installed it's ready to
10:28
go I'll just zoom over there really quick at the camera so you guys can
10:33
see what we
10:45
did okay so there is our 12vt uh white and red LED light that's
10:52
installed it's got the USB port um now John and Susan if you guys are watching this light can rotate 360°
11:01
so any orientation you want to have this light we can make that happen um but for right now if you see
11:08
that bolt depending on when the so when the bookshelf or that shelf for the baskets
11:14
go in we'll find out how you want to use that light and then we can just rotate it it's just one set screw they all work
11:22
that way which is pretty cool so that's that's finished so we
11:27
come back over here there we
11:34
go then we'll just zoom in
11:39
okay should be good all right let me get my drawing pad up we'll do a quick sketch
11:47
of super quick sketch of this water
11:58
system
12:05
all right so if we have our this is our van floor so think of this as like the
12:12
chassis of the van then we got the rear door and then right here is
12:24
our that's our wheel well and what we're doing is I'm making
12:31
this more dramatic than it it is but we're basically drilling through the floor here in the
12:39
rear and then we're going to mount that
12:44
uh vent down here and we want to make sure that the
12:51
two holes with the screens are mounted that way towards the rear so that any uh
12:59
air that's coming from when we drive is it going straight into the vent
13:07
um the vents are pointing to the rear and so it goes around it goes around the
13:12
vents which is pretty cool but pretty much this uh line and I'm just going to
13:17
do it in red this one comes up and then right here you'll have a 90
13:24
Dee fitting and then the water tank
13:31
itself will be like that and this is an overwhel over the wheel well water
13:42
tank so basically what you have is you have air that's trapped in
13:47
here and that air needs somewhere to go uh when
13:58
you're when you're either when you're filling it up the air escapes and then when you
14:04
are draining the tank the air needs to uh come back in so it's always going
14:10
it's going in and out all the time and then if you go up a hill and
14:17
you've got a or if you've actually o overfilled the tank this
14:23
is how the tank will allow itself to drain
14:34
um we're not going to use this as our tank drain we'll have another we'll have a different fitting
14:41
down here that will be our tank drain and that'll be the second
14:47
hole that we drill in the van so we're going to do both of those
14:53
tonight we're going to do this one so the green is the
15:01
tank drain and then the red is the
15:08
tank vent slash
15:16
overflow so tank dra drain tank vent
15:21
overflow um yep so I see a bunch of people hopping on right now so what we're doing is we are installing uh the
15:29
tank vent this is the tank vent that I like to use uh they call a through hole vent
15:35
or a gas tank vent um but we're going to be using it
15:42
because number one it's chromed it's uh got a nice weather seal and it has vents
15:48
in it so there's no bugs that are going to get into your water tank so if you
15:53
just have a standard tank vent that's not doesn't have a mesh or
16:00
screen on it especially this has super fine mesh um if you don't have something with
16:06
super fine mesh I'll hold this up to the camera so you guys can
16:12
see uh I I don't even think no CMS could actually get in here but
16:18
um so see how fine this mesh is super fine mesh and so what I was
16:24
saying earlier is you see how there's uh let's see
16:32
here let me get my
16:42
uh you see how there's two vents so imagine where I'm standing is
16:48
where the the van is driving it's driving this way so the wind's going to come on this back side and these vents
16:55
come out the backside so you don't want to have this turned into the wind if that makes sense
17:01
um anyway so this is the vent that I use this is where we're going to be
17:08
putting it in tonight and this is the kind of method to the madness
17:15
so real quick I see more people jumping on the live stream this is the water tank in
17:23
blue and this is the water level you guys can see here
17:29
and the tank vent does uh two
17:35
functions so what it does is it's does the
17:40
Overflow protection and then it vents the tank so
17:47
that there's not a uh so the tank can
17:57
breathe
18:09
um so if you fill it up the red line is
18:14
what is going to overflow if you fill it up too much then we're going to do a second one which is this
18:21
green part right down here that is going to be our tank drain so a tank drain and a tank vent are
18:28
separate because they can't unless you have they can't function together um ad drain is
18:35
either off or on the vent needs to always be open so that you are filling the tank it allows air to escape the
18:42
tank because you're displacing the air in the tank and then when you turn the water pump on you're pulling from the
18:48
tank that water needs to be replaced with air and it's got to come from somewhere um but you want that place
18:55
that's suck in the air and to have a vent or mesh screen and that's that's what we're doing all right moving on we
19:01
are going inside the van and I was saying earlier that you want to make sure that you got like some
19:09
like a clean towel or something to work with because you're going to be going from the top to the bottom kind of back and
19:15
forth the tools that we're having is we got our vent and then we've got our I
19:21
call this like like my inspection drill bit so this drill bit allows me to do uh
19:26
what I call is like an inspection drill um to go through here
19:33
and go through the floor and if I mess up say I'm like
19:39
quarter an inch or something off I can adjust it with this whereas if I took a
19:44
hole saw and I drill a one inch hole saw I'm pretty much committed um I'm going to show you right
19:51
now the measurements to where there's an opening so that you can safely come in
19:57
through here and so I don't eat my words I just copy this from the van that I The Venture van I just built that's out in
20:03
the parking lot I'm going to go ahead and drill these holes and just confirm what I'm telling you
20:09
so uh and then we'll we'll go over the uh we'll go over the measurements
20:17
then so get in here now there's no electrical wires
20:23
over here so you're not going to have to worry about that uh there are some plastic caps that keep gravel and stuff
20:29
out of the uh cross members and I can't remember if those needed to be opened up
20:35
I'll I'll look here in just a second go through here and then we'll just start
20:45
[Music] drilling okay once we Pierce
20:53
through what's the beauty of this whole entire uh drill bit is we can just let
20:58
it go all all the way down and then we're just going to let it
21:03
uh maybe sit something under it so that it's you know perpendicular um and then we're going to
21:10
go under the van I don't have a camera under here but I'm just going to go look and see if it's where I wanted it to be
21:17
and uh yep it looks perfect so that's exactly where I want it to be I'm going
21:23
to when I finish drilling this I'll take a picture and then we'll end the live
21:29
stream with me showing you what it looks like from the bottom I'll I'll send it to myself so we can put on this live
21:34
stream okay so that's the first one and so I came 3 and2
21:43
in uh I came three Ines back from this column and then I
21:50
came two and 1 half Ines off of the right here from the
21:57
van now keep in mind this is if you're putting a board here so imagine this is
22:05
the start of our uh box for our water tank so we have it mounted up to here again technically
22:13
it could go back here but I'm doing this for Aesthetics I wanted I just wanted to bump up here it gives me some extra room
22:20
um and all that good stuff so so the next one this so tank vent
22:27
overflow was the first one we drilled that's what this is going there this one
22:33
we keep it open because this is where our PEX line for our drain is going to
22:57
go
23:05
same thing check that hop under
23:11
here and perfect awesome so those
23:17
two those two are exactly where we want all
23:23
right so this second hole is 5 and 1/4 in
23:29
from the wall of the van and it's still 3 in um
23:35
back all right next step is we start to remove
23:41
our
23:48
foam and this will be interesting because I'm not sure how
23:54
I how much reinforcement I put underneath here uh
24:01
I knew what I had to have with the other van because I had the adventure wagon L
24:06
track I had the tank I didn't have a lot of places to move the tank or reposition
24:13
anything this is John and Susan's van um I've got more wiggle room I can move
24:19
stuff more um the tank that we got is a different tank uh it's a 4 gallons
24:25
smaller it's a 36 gallon tank so get a little bit more room for the water pump
24:30
and then the back here so this that I'm cutting out that was my confined space for the other van
24:38
which I'm going to start with that because I think it's going to be it's going to be
24:57
plenty now remember if we cut too much foam out we're fine we can glue some more in again we need to measure this
25:04
out because when we put our floor in we'll find out what we need to cut for our floor cuz what I can do is I can cut
25:11
the floor tighter to this and cover up most
25:17
of this because I just need to get this in there and then I can do more of a low
25:23
profile install uh let me grab see if I got a
25:29
big screwdriver get creative on kind of
25:36
popping the stuff out of here uh all right question my floor is already down so my hope is to run a vent
25:44
tube uh the plastic underneath the
25:50
rear let's see so I think it cut your comment off a
25:58
little little bit uh yeah definitely go into more detail um happy to answer your
26:03
question if you're doing it after the fact that is that's why I'm providing
26:09
these measurements and this method cuz maybe you guys can use this if you're
26:16
doing it after the fact um the photo I'll show you when I'm
26:21
done I think that will actually uh that'll actually explain
26:27
more than than anything else that we're doing
26:35
here okay so so I got to pet myself on the back I
26:40
I didn't put in all the support structure that I usually do because I was anticipating this is exactly where I
26:46
wanted to put it so I'm
26:52
happy uh foam you can score it like I'm doing and then Break It Away by pushing
26:58
it this this way um and then you can just pull it
27:04
straight out and it should break away nice and clean so right here I do have some
27:09
support um I don't think it's going to affect anything that I'm doing
27:16
but we'll kind of work with that all right next we're going to do
27:22
our hole saw and I forgot what size this is let's
27:30
see see what size we're working
27:55
with all right let's see what the
28:01
cut hole in plastic cover vent through
28:13
cover yeah I know what you're saying there is a so back here a little further
28:18
there is a plastic uh here I I'll go ahead and pull
28:27
it so is this what you're talking about
28:32
this is just like a it's a cap that goes underne here under here and it's kind of
28:37
helps gravel and stuff not go into the uh the support members in the
28:43
under the van so is this what you were going to uh drill a hole into CU this one
28:51
is I think it's it's like right there that's where this is
28:56
located I think it's right there so you might actually have coming out to here I
29:02
like this area because when you guys see the photo this area right here is just
29:07
flat as a pancake so it's really good to crimp things together and you know put
29:14
do that type of stuff so yeah let me know if this is what you are going to drill
29:21
through okay we got a 78 let's
29:27
see yep that'll do it so 78 is what I'm
29:47
using again there's nothing underneath the van um I'm going to
29:55
uh I'm going go to turn down my audio for a second so I don't blow you guys out of the water but
30:02
uh yeah while I'm drilling this think of some questions to ask me and
30:07
um be happy to answer
30:26
them
31:23
all right I'm back I'm just looking for my d Eber
31:56
tool
32:03
when I was working inside the van I had a little tool kit with all the stuff I was working with
32:08
and I cleaned the whole van out so it has traveled
32:15
[Music] somewhere it's not supposed to
32:26
be
33:20
at least get a PIX pipe while I'm over here just give you guys an
33:26
example
34:41
okay I have to do this one old school some of this sandpaper over
34:56
here
35:10
all right another comment uh I've seen where people run electric cables for sure power through those holes and use
35:16
3D printed covers for a NOCO Outlet i' yeah I've seen that too
35:26
um I personally think uh just my personal
35:31
opinion I like having the short power be an actual Outlet on the outside of the van um I recently went to an RV park and
35:39
it just was uh really nice to do that um now to your
35:46
point most charging you're going to do in your van like your house that NOCO is a 15 amp plug so it's just like a
35:52
household plug so it does give you like a stealth place to put it you know hide it up underneath there so nobody can
35:59
mess with it um so that is pretty nice for safety Factor uh but if you are
36:06
traveling a lot it might be more convenient to go ahead and do the uh uh like a furion 30 amp or 15 amp
36:15
Shore power
36:26
plug okay so now I'm just verifying that the PEX comes through here so now this
36:35
not to confuse you guys this is going in this hole but we're going to drill the same hole over here for our drain
36:43
line now uh this also might be controversial I use this size PEX for my
36:50
drain line it does drain the tank out really slow but um I don't like matching
36:57
the tank drain with like an inch and a half or a 2in valve cut through the whole entire chassis of the
37:03
van uh from uh like Thomas's van my van and
37:11
other stuff that I've experienced when you fill the van up you're going to use that water until it
37:17
drains down it might be empty uh I would prefer to turn the tank on and then take
37:24
my outdoor shower spray down and just drain the tank tank
37:29
electrically or cut the valve off and let it just gravity feed out through
37:34
this line now it may take a while but I
37:39
just like smaller holes cut into the van so the smaller the hole that I can cut into a van to do a certain task I think
37:46
is the best way to go um plus it's just much neater let me see if I can find
37:52
this uh grommet that I uh use to seal so it doesn't cut the PEX
38:02
tubing um let's see here we go so you can go on
38:11
Amazon you can go on Amazon and you can get uh these grommet accessory
38:18
kits um this one I got from the auto part store is a Dorman this is a grommet
38:25
pro pack and this is more for I use this more for electrical so for example if I have
38:31
something going through the dash or something electrical these are really cool CU they
38:36
look like they're solid but watch you see how my finger can start to come through here and it has this uh like a
38:44
rubber band effect to where you push the wires through and it kind of keeps it sealed so the these are really cool um
38:52
and then inside it gives you your uh your different sizes
38:59
um so there's that so I use that for electrical and then this
39:10
one I think this is the one I got off of Amazon this uh is what I'm going to use for the
39:19
pecs so let's see
39:26
here
39:38
um so you really need a caliper for this let me see if I
39:45
got a caliper
39:56
here
40:52
this pack is going to be way too big for that
41:04
so this like
41:10
[Music] 15 58 is 15.9 I think that's what I
41:18
use so if we're [Music] using I wonder if I can make this more
41:24
accurate than I did before so if I got a 19
41:34
mimet and I'm using a I'm using the N
41:39
3/4 so 19.1 okay I might be able to do this
41:44
better than I did the other one so I've got a 19 mm hole saw and
41:50
I've got a 19.1 MM grommet now it's a little bit
41:58
more chunkier in the center so I don't think this is going to work
42:05
this is not that's the only problem with this stuff is one thing works and then the
42:10
other thing does the other thing doesn't um let's
42:17
see pretty sure I use this
42:26
one oh wait that's one
42:31
here 22 okay this is what I used so the 7/8 or 22 mm that's what I
42:40
use because obviously we're using a 7/8 on the hole so what we can do here
42:49
is let's vacuum out all that
42:56
dust and that way I can tell you exactly what
43:01
grommet kit to get and what grommet you want to use for the PEC
43:26
side
43:32
all right turn down the volume for a
43:56
second
44:05
let's see how let's see how this grommet fits in
44:16
here only downside of hole saws is if you don't get a good quality hole saw you you really don't get
44:23
anywhere close to a specified
44:29
number um I mean you get in the ballpark but see this one see how it kind of moves around a little bit that's okay
44:35
because when we put the tube in remember this is the wrong location I'm just doing this as
44:41
a you always want to practice in one area before you drill the next hole or
44:47
go to something so I'll think you have to be
44:53
perfect as I just push the grommet all the way through the hole
44:59
so yeah so the gret's going to go in and then hopefully we
45:08
can see if I can get this in
45:21
here there you go so as you guys can see perfect fit so
45:28
this is a perfect fit so if you are using um pretty sure this is half inch
45:40
peex so if using a half inch PEC and you drill a
45:47
7/8 inch hole saw or two 22 mm and you grab a grommet
45:55
kit the 22.22%
47:58
so I'm cutting out this piece of vinyl support here
48:05
because my grommet is not going to sit uh won't sit well if I don't cut it
48:19
out be pinched on one side then I'm also going to come through
48:25
here and score
48:30
the uh kilmat because we don't need it
48:44
anymore now the kilmat is going to be a mess when you take it off just be prepared for
48:55
that
49:55
o
50:16
okay next you want to grab some denatured
50:22
alcohol going to clean up everything
51:16
all right and then just going to double check our fitment for our grommet see can you
51:23
guys see that I need to zoom in just a little bit more
51:55
that
52:01
okay so looks good now what I do um I'll need to let
52:09
the paint dry that I'm going to paint here in a second so what I'm going to do is I'm just going to kind of show you
52:17
guys just for example purposes that we
52:23
have uh let's just put let's put the red one in here all let's stick a
52:43
blue okay so say that is our overflow so we have a valve on that the tank can
52:49
drain so maybe it's right there something like that um now what I do is
52:55
I'll put some black RTV uh and that will seal
53:02
it and then uh you can use all kinds of stuff you can use like bedliner coating
53:07
underneath you can use uh believe it or not um Flex
53:13
Seal uh I used to hate Flex Seal I love Flex Seal now a big converted it's a
53:20
it's really good for roof vents I like it a lot um plus it looks really neat if
53:25
you can actually painted on nice so that is for our overflow drain and again this is just for demo
53:34
purposes we're just going to go under the van and install
53:45
this I think so what's nice about this is
53:55
uh blind over
54:01
here you should be able to install
54:07
it see if I can get my hand over
54:15
there trying to think how I did this last
54:24
time I was able to do this onehanded last time I'm trying to figure out how I did
54:34
it so the Rubber seal goes on the bottom side and then these two vents you don't
54:39
want it like this and my theory is when you're driving air is going to come in this way so you want to turn it so
54:45
they're this way and the air goes around
54:51
it all right let's see if I let's see if my long arms can do this
55:21
man it's so close
55:30
so you just got to get it
55:54
started all right somehow I did
56:11
that that's how much I appreciate you guys watching the live stream because you know I'm going to have to take it apart and paint it and do the RTV and
56:19
stuff like that all right um let's see if I can
56:25
grab a
56:30
hose see I'll be right back I'm G to grab a hose really quick put your questions in the chat and
56:38
I'll come back and answer
56:55
them
57:25
e okay all right so let's do this this is
57:33
the last part so right here we have just a
57:40
regular hose this one doesn't have to be pecs it's easier if you just use the
57:45
same pecs you're using for the rest of your van half inch and then you use this
57:52
tubing with a uh hose clamp so just like that and then what I
57:58
do is this goes into the tank and then this right here can actually
58:04
come go down and clamp on the fitting and then that is your that's
58:10
your final product so you have your vent for your tank overflow and then you have your extra
58:18
line for your drain
58:25
line
58:38
all right let me go under the van I'll take a picture I'll show you guys the
58:43
photo and let's see we'll do a photo do a photo from up
58:54
top and then we'll do a photo
58:59
from the
59:25
bottom
59:35
okay let me upload these two I'll see if you guys have any
59:55
questions
1:00:14
all right so give me a second I will get these off my
1:00:24
email
1:00:54
for
1:01:06
okay here we go so the one let me get my big head out of the
1:01:11
way so the photo on the left the clear hose is going down
1:01:18
through the van so you're looking top down the passenger side is on your left driver side is on your
1:01:24
right and so water goes out comes out underneath the van through that
1:01:30
vent and then the blue tube is the drain so it goes down and then you want to
1:01:35
have enough extension on it so that it actually will
1:01:41
uh um you know drain if you're driving you don't want it to go up into your
1:01:48
van uh now below there you see that that is that cap that
1:01:54
um uh the discussion was in the chat that
1:02:01
cap right there is what has been taken out so I could show you guys so I've heard people use that to
1:02:08
store um you know something in there if they wanted
1:02:14
to so yeah left picture is Overflow vent coming out the right
1:02:21
photo is that vent mounted up into the van so it can breathe and you'll see
1:02:26
it's up there it's got the little vent holes um I'll actually let's zoom into
1:02:32
that so you see this is not uh there's no bugs or anything that's
1:02:38
going to get past that screen so that is the vent for your tank and you can safely have that overflow the water out
1:02:45
of the back of your van so that you don't have to worry about uh it's just a easy manual way to
1:02:54
have a tank overflow tube on the right is your uh manual tank drain and yes I know
1:03:04
it's a small diameter pipe but you just got done with a long
1:03:09
trip you want to just open it up leave it open to drain overnight
1:03:14
um you could do that now what I would say is uh if you're going to leave it
1:03:21
open overnight or to air out maybe put a maybe zip tie or hose clamp a screen
1:03:30
around here just a idea doesn't have to be permanent just something when you're
1:03:35
doing doing that on a trip or when you get back home but yeah so that's what we worked
1:03:41
on today we've got the grommets right there um if you want to uh check those
1:03:49
out so I'll show you on C I'll bring this up for the camera so you guys can
1:03:54
see see what we're talking about here so
1:04:00
this is so if you want to check that out what we used today was over
1:04:07
here so that 78 uh or 2222 mm the 7/8 we use a
1:04:15
7/8 whole saw so the 7/8 they're describing that as
1:04:20
the that is that diameter of the uh
1:04:28
come on this Focus there it goes that's the inside
1:04:34
diameter of this slit okay and then you got this whole other kit you can use all kinds of stuff
1:04:42
so that's what we're using that's the name of
1:04:50
[Applause] it I think I got this off Amazon I'm not sure
1:04:58
I another other ones I got from uh the auto part store um all
1:05:05

now if you are looking to get a custom van professionally built by me you're
1:07:42
going to want to hop over to Odyssey custom vans so the van behind me is John and Susan's build
1:07:49
and we met at a show last year Venture van Expo in Chattanooga Tennessee so
1:07:55
they saw this van which is our current Adventure van build that we have for sale currently as of filming this video
1:08:01
um but they wanted to do a little bit more custom work and have a different layout so we are working on their van
1:08:08
which is the one that we're doing all this work on right behind me now this adventure van um if you guys
1:08:17
are interested in it like I said it is currently for sale and all of the information everything that's fully
1:08:23
loaded in this van um is right here on the website we've got a couple of photos
1:08:28
uh one photo that's not on here is our and I'm wondering if I have let me see
1:08:34
if I have this pulled
1:08:40
up um it's hard to tell right here but see how do I zoom in on this picture
1:08:48
there we go uh so right here this is a photo that
1:08:54
I posted on Instagram stagram uh this van has got some more upgrades since I took those photos so we've got a
1:09:00
topographical map Hood vinyl so matte black hood vinyl and then we've got also topo map around the rear uh window area
1:09:08
it looks super cool really really cool um and some other additional features that um if you're looking for
1:09:15
adventure van I mean this is the one for you indoor shower flip and fold seat isotherm Cruise 130 doedic RTX 2000 AC
1:09:24
Max fan lot of interior bamboo um custom power system built by me and uh yeah
1:09:31
just give you quick look on the interior um just a very nice comfortable feeling van but it is very rugged on the outside
1:09:39
it is all-wheel drive it's got the turbocharged V6 engine from Ford the ecoboost engine Shore
1:09:46
power and then uh it's using the new Renegy Rigo off-grid uh M1 controller to
1:09:54
control all the Power Systems so check it out if you guys are
1:10:00

1:10:06

1:10:13
and you can hop on a call with me to discuss uh options for purchasing this current
1:10:18
van all right guys I don't see any more questions in the chat so we're going to leave it here for the live stream
1:10:24
tonight thank you guys so much for for watching hope this video was helpful to you uh don't forget to subscribe like
1:10:29
this video share to anyone that is doing uh water tank ventilation or they want to have some uh guidance on where to put
1:10:36
it in a van um yeah you know what I forgot one thing before I sign off here
1:10:42
I did not give you measurements so I will draw we'll draw these really
1:10:50
quick that is one of the most important things of this whole entire video all right really quick let's
1:10:57
draw these dimensions and we will go for the
1:11:02
evening so here we go we have the back of the Ford Transit
1:11:08
so there's the panel there's the panel here is uh the bump
1:11:14
out uh now this is let's see here here's the back quarter of the Ford
1:11:22
Transit uh here is that pillar and I've oversized it so that you guys can
1:11:28
understand the measurements here all right in blue so from the metal frame
1:11:35
up you're going to want to go 3 and 1 12 in and then you're going to want to come
1:11:44
over uh from the wall of the van you're going to want to come
1:11:54
over uh
1:11:59
two 2 and a/4 inch and then you're going to want to
1:12:06
come over 3 in for the second one so the first
1:12:13
one is going to be Center Line is at 2 and
1:12:24
A4 okay this is where you're going to want to drill that
1:12:29
hole and then the second one right over
1:12:37
here okay so that is this one this one so the
1:12:45
top the top right here that Top Line is 3 and half in and then the center
1:12:54
line is going to be right
1:12:59
there so what you want to do is come off the wall two and A4 Ines for that first
1:13:05
one right here and then you're going to come over from that Center Line over 3
1:13:11
in for the second one and remember underneath the van
1:13:17
you've pretty much got an area like this and so this area
1:13:26
is flat and so that's kind of that's that
1:13:32
area you got to work with if you want to actually do
1:13:38
that um you'll be free from messing anything up
1:13:43
now there is this area over here I don't know the measurements for that but there
1:13:51
is um this is the plastic
1:13:56
cap access uh I don't know
1:14:06
measurements okay don't know but it's located right
1:14:13
there all right so yeah two and a quter over to center
1:14:22
line for the first one
1:14:27
I guess I shouldn't let me read undo that let's use a different
1:14:34
color yeah so two and a quarter over so that's number one and then over an additional 3
1:14:44
in for number
1:14:52
two all right I'll give you guys just give you guys two minutes so my
1:14:58
live stream catches up here if you have any questions on those measurements or you are just wondering or you're just
1:15:05
coming in and wondering what the heck we're talking about tonight so two
1:15:14
minutes to answer any follow-up questions and then we will sign
1:15:23
off
1:15:35
yeah and you guys are still on the live stream thanks so much for staying this long into the live stream I really do
1:15:41
appreciate it um the best way that you can help this channel is spread the word get other people subscribed um that may
1:15:48
