hey guys Nick eilerman here welcome to Evergreen Colorado we're at Adventure van Expo and we're going to take a look
0:14
at a couple of vans [Music]
0:25
ABC rig if you've seen some videos in the past we have put the flooring system in Thomas's van so that's Marine one so
0:31
that is the three section flooring system with the integrated insulation but Matt's got a van here that we're
0:37
going to tour and show a little bit of his layout yeah thanks hi everybody Matt here for ABC uh this is my family's van
0:43
so it's a high roof 148 Ford Transit it is built for a family of four so there's four of us in here uh it is our show
0:50
vehicle as well and it's the one we're building on our YouTube channel so if you've seen our Channel we've been kind of building along and showing you how to
0:55
build the systems things like that so we're currently missing a sink that's going to be one of our upcoming videos uh sink and water system we're going to
1:01
integrate hot water into the vehicle and then we have a complete power system back here by victron 400 amp hour lithium-ion battery system 200 watts of
1:08
solar up there on our ABC Roof Rack rig roof rack roof yeah and then interior
1:14
has our complete interior base package this is our overhead cabinets that we make here too
1:21
foreign so we manufacture all these on-site in Loveland at our shop everything's built
1:26
out of Baltic Birch and bolts into your Ford Transit System all of our vehicle controls are here centrally located and
1:32
then in the back we have continued storage and on the opposite side we have these hanging bags these come from Campo
1:37
bags or from Van wife components they're super nice because we can lift them up out of the van pack them in the house
1:42
and then we can bring them back out in the van and just hang them up and get everything up there fan wipe Capone is
1:48
this also attached to the back of that pardon me the van wave component is the track that you have in the Box yeah uh
1:54
yeah the j-track here is by Van life components we get that from them and then that's their hanging bag in the back so perfect both of these bag
2:00
systems fit into those and then there's our electric bed lift here as well so if we hit the button this will raise it up
2:06
and out of our way so we can manage all of our cargo underneath it has Crush protection in both directions so it's
2:11
not going to squish the kids or squish any of your prize mountain bikes stuff like that but it does get it up and out of our way so if we want to get
2:17
underneath here and load the mountain bikes and stuff like that we can do that and makes maintaining our cargo system
2:24
in the back really easy so we can get back here maintain our water system and maintain our power system guys what's also nice is uh the panel
2:31
systems we have the panel systems to upholster if you want to do that DIY yep then you got the flooring system which
2:37
uh that's probably one of your most popular it is the products flooring system is our most popular product by far we sell lots of wall kits and we
2:43
also have a paper pattern for our wall kit so if you're trying to save some bucks and Source your material locally you can do that yourself we also started
2:49
doing these interior pockets for all the walls so we sell the little frames for these so you can make them super easy you see I got my kids kids story time
2:56
books here then we can keep our window shades tucked nicely behind our pill Windows here on the side so super
3:01
convenient place to keep those window shades yeah we'll use the paper templates on the current van that we're building and those are really nice
3:07
awesome because if you're going to like hack the floor up a lot you don't want to buy a system and then cut a bunch of
3:13
it away so that's been really helpful um we also we have a new product we're launching that's an insulation only
3:19
system so if you want to put your own subfloor in or do a radiant heat on the floor or something like that it's just the insulation ship's a lot cheaper and
3:26
a lot faster to you so it's just a nice option for people which to offer different options at different budget price points
3:32
um anything on the outside of the van oh yeah we can take a look on the outside for sure and we're going to look at the top
3:39
platform medium roof for Transit roof rack and then as our modular decking system so
3:46
these panels are 58 inches wide so they'll fit our roof rack as well as the Flatline roof rack if you happen to have
3:51
a roof rack by them already these are going to mount up to them and we made them a universal fit and then they're 12 inches wide so you can just put in as
3:57
many as will fit on your roof rack around all your solar and rooftop fans all that kind of stuff yeah so this one's got six panels 200 watts of solar
4:03
and a max air fan gotcha what's the diameter I mean the width on this UH 60 point or the panel is 58. the roof rack
4:10
is 60.25 gotcha perfect nice
4:17
all right love it
4:23
deck Flex enter the van get the lawn chairs out there yeah
4:32
is there anything uh in particular on the inside this one is different this has our manual bed system [Music]
4:38
what we call our seasonally adjustable headband um so our other van has the electric bed lift system this is our seasonally
4:43
adjustable height bed so it um it Keys into these vertical Towers here on the sides so we pull the bed
4:48
panels out move our bed to a new height and then put all of our panels back in the idea is that in the summer we want a
4:54
High bed so we can put our mountain bikes inside and then winter time we're carrying skis and smaller gear so we can bring the bed down and then we're going
5:00
to be spending more time in the van too because it's cold outside so that way the bed comes down it kind of adjusts with our gear in the season and we gain
5:06
a little bit of that space back to hang out more comfortably during the winter perfect perfect yeah and uh for the seats that you're
5:13
using yep what are you recommending for as far as how you're doing the seats and
5:20
installing them yeah so uh these seats are by jmg which is or jmg systems they're a seat manufacturer out of
5:26
Southern California and they do a DOT rated seat system so we put in their base plate which is this big metal plate
5:31
that mounts through this floor of your van and that's the dot rated magic part of it then we cut our subfloor over the
5:36
top of it so it's totally integrated below the level of our subfloor so we get a super clean finish on the inside of the van and then our seats can bolt
5:42
in and out of them if we need to so if I need to use this van to haul a bunch of limber or something like that I'm working on my basement or whatever I can
5:48
pull the seats out with just a few bolts and then I have a complete interior of a cargo van again which is pretty sweet and these are adjust and they span again
5:55
they're dot rated so it's pretty nice and then I use the same seats in my van I just don't have the rotations and
6:01
stuff like that on mine one thing I want to show you guys is the ABC rig this back side to the passenger seat
6:08
so it's a angled so that it actually makes up for that space it's kind of
6:13
unusable and you kind of have a nice clean finish to your heater if you want to do that
6:19
um we also oh sorry we also sell it in a blank so if you want to a lot of people put their Breakers and things like that
6:24
here and they can make a switch panel out of that or a control center for it so it just kind of opens up the options for it so it just gave me an idea I
6:31
might do that yeah I might do that awesome because I have the Blue Sea Systems a z breaker okay yeah and it
6:37
might be good to just like pop it right there close at hand it's always right there you know because I don't really have a place in the back for it and
6:43
that's you know it's a challenging event like this where I don't have an overhead cabinet where do I put the light switches where do I put the controller
6:48
and actually we've built this van before we built this product so this is a late addition to the van and in hindsight I
6:55
for sure would have put my switches there because how nice would be to be able to hit my lights from right here yeah because usually is like almost standing Heights it's just a nice
7:00
comfortable boom I like run your awning light from it or something like that you know it would be pretty sweet yeah
7:07
oh and this is a crew right yeah we've built we've built our Channel we did like a real quick build on it and we
7:12
showed you the entire process from start to finish some of the unique challenges that you encounter when building a crew van
7:18
yeah so we can kick it off um your roof rack I believe is one of the
7:23
wider ones that's what I think uh otherwise like stop at 58 inches wide so yours is uh it's just over 60. it's like
7:30
60 and a quarter gotcha gotcha uh so we designed it to fit a rooftop tent so a
7:35
little while ago we're on my daily driver I have a roof nest and it's 60 inches wide and I designed it so that the roof Nest would actually fit in
7:41
between the blades of the roof rack and we can drop it down that way it's ultra low profile mounted in there so it's halfway sunken into the sides of the
7:47
roof rack it also fits two 100 watt solar panels and the fan all next to
7:53
each other side by side and we get all those solar panels mounted below the height of the roof rack so there's 200 watts of solar up there you can't even
7:58
see it right now is there a particular brand that fits that like is it rich or a zamp panel will fit in there a
8:04
renergie panel will fit in there renergies typically our go-to panel is just a pretty good price point yeah but the zamp makes a lot of good options and
8:10
then there's one from xpeon that actually is really nice and it'll fit perpendicular so it fills the entire width of the roof rack and I think it's
8:17
175 watt panel which is a pretty good size panel perfect thank you well Matt thank you so much for the walk
8:23
through yeah thanks for stopping by all right we'll see on the YouTube see ya all right we're over at another van tour
8:29
here we have Garen Garen tell me uh what your van is and who you're with and uh
8:36
yeah we'll do a little Tour on this van sweet um so our company spark adventures and
8:41
this is our 170 Sprinter build and the kind of our whole concept for the van
8:47
was to keep the design first and then build functionality to design without compromising the design ever sure right
8:54
so we're we've been in real estate forever and we like mid-century Japanese Scandinavian design so we came we've
9:00
seen a couple bands it has I can tell they're thinking and uh so we also love to cook so
9:06
um and so the the main kind of innovative things that we do are unique things we do is our beam and Slot system
9:12
this is all built into the the structure of the the Sprinter and there's beams here slats and then our lighting and
9:19
paneling all locks together and uh creates our internal structure so once we have the internal structure we can do
9:25
things like our bed system and it it slides out to sleep under the stars which we really like to do awesome
9:32
yeah we're gonna swing around back uh after we do the inside yeah and then it slides forward and then you can tilt it up
9:39
and it's got little wheels on the back that you can extend with that button and then it's a recliner
9:45
and it locks into place so you can drive like this and then for counter space we
9:50
can put this all the way up foreign
10:02
and we've got panels here so then our counter space is here um so for when we're dying we can pull
10:08
this out yeah and there's a lot of room yeah a lot of room so when you have a
10:14
plate here you can still put all your food and everything over here we'll play games so this has turned out really
10:19
great this also when it's reclined like this and pushed out the back has you reclining out the back and looking out
10:25
the back of the van just really so this is almost like a backrest okay yeah it's a backrest and you can recline it to
10:31
whatever angle you want based on where you're putting the the back of the bag because our our idea of adventuring like
10:37
we don't own a mountain bike or snow skis or anything we like to travel around in comfort and cook food and hang
10:44
out with friends and so this was really built for this right just hang out and
10:49
connect with people and we've been building this for a year and a half building it for other people now for
10:55
just a few months nice we also sell kits so the ceiling kit ceilings are pretty tough in these
11:01
things as you know to get beautiful and good lighting and functionality so we
11:06
sell this whole thing as a kit the top piece that's great we build it on a jig in our shop and we get all the lighting
11:14
put together put it together and then deliver it to an Outfitter or DIY person yeah so if you want a ceiling a lot of
11:21
people like the functionality like wow so many people are like oh I love the Sea World especially the
11:26
people that have done bands yeah like oh geez I want to nerd out on the ceiling here so if you guys might not be able to
11:32
see this uh I'm gonna talk to the camera just for a second then I'm gonna zoom into it but the max fan is is integrated
11:38
above the ceiling slats so it's nice and like incognito
11:44
and then there's strip light right here yeah and then is that Pendleton fabric on the roof
11:50
so we're gonna fabric on the roof there's the middles and fabric underneath the slats so okay here I'll
11:55
show you now and if you hit yeah good so max fan is hidden and then look at the
12:02
detail of the fabric oh so cool yeah and at night at night
12:08
because that that switch right there is yeah this middle Zone ah turn this down so that controls this middle Zone and so
12:15
that's dimmable and click it again push it in it goes red for stargazing so we can shut them all to stargazing and hit
12:21
it against and now turn it and then you can set whatever color you want so at night this thing just glows
12:28
with the warmth of the Maple and the slides it's it's one of our favorite things about it
12:33
and all that's custom we built that lighting system because we couldn't find switches that we thought weren't ugly
12:39
and it's got the functionality that we wanted attention so did you take the uh the RGB and then
12:46
like do like individuals so there are they're assignable RGB lights with soft light so they're it's a you know there's
12:53
LEDs with the RGB yeah and next to it it's got a soft white and so that's all being controlled with an Arduino
12:59
computer that we programmed so we have a we have a computer in there and as the
13:05
brain yeah and our first integration was the LEDs but then we're also looking at bad actuation and some other things that
13:11
we might be able to do tie into it it's great sounds great um yeah let's take a look at the back
13:17
yep and uh [Music]
13:27
[Music]
13:33
so it's with the bed pulled all the way in we could shut the doors this is what we do and then if we want to sleep out we just keep pushing it and then it's
13:41
supported by those straps then [Music]
13:48
100 . and then our garage area we're still
13:53
working on it but we we started working with snow peak the Japanese Outfitter I'm a huge fan yeah and we live in
14:00
Portland and they're headquarters from North America is in Portland and one of the best Japanese restaurants in Portland is integrated in their showroom
14:06
no yeah so this stuff we go and that's the new that's their new camp kit right yeah it's a camp kit and so we're
14:12
getting to know like the the shops and how they cook on it and they do outdoor events we can go and cook and so even
14:18
even the charcoal that we're using is from a local company they Supply
14:24
Michelin star restaurants and almost exclusively wholesale but you can buy it in Portland in this little market so
14:30
kind of integrating all of the snow peak stuff into what we're doing including the tarp is our awning
14:36
yeah um but we most of the time we don't sit next to the van most of the time we find a spot and go into the forest or
14:43
the place and we set this all up so we're starting to integrate the Cubbies and everything to be sized specifically
14:49
for the snow peak I'm stuck to packing them nicely and there's no fridge inside and this you have this as fridge freeze
14:55
fridge freezer yeah and you find it it's just fine to have it in the back yeah I think we are going to add the smallest
15:02
um the smallest one unit up in front yeah um just so that we can have snacks and and a beer or something inside but
15:10
we we're always we we cook a lot so we're usually coming back here a lot of times we'll take this out and set it on
15:17
the ground I'm actually going to make an extension and a stand so we can put it over here yeah and and have it closer to
15:22
where we're cooking but we love this this works great it's kind of a pain to pull stuff in and out but you know and
15:29
then our shower system water system or water tanks and 20 gallons fresh in there and then it's plumbed over to here
15:39
um to feed the water heater comes back into here and then feeds up to the sink or the shower and uh for power uh what
15:47
kind of system do you have put together we have a really minimal system ours is 200 watt solar 200 amp hour and um but
15:54
for what we because we cook we use an induction Brewer every once in a while and we have a kettle every morning for
16:00
our coffee so it's a kettle grinder this fridge and that fan and the LEDs yeah I have yet to get below 65 or 50 percent I
16:08
mean we're going to be full at the end of the day today so we just don't use much power you know I could see us
16:14
there's a there's a pull towards air conditioning always so if we end up that route then the whole thing has to change
16:19
obviously perfect [Music] let's check out the snow peak real quick
16:26
oh yeah and this stuff is amazing we actually started the van design it has
16:33
was influenced from our connection and and snow peak stuff from their showroom
16:39
to like their stuff it had an influence on how we even did our design and so we're
16:44
we're now like starting to work with them on like how do we integrate everything into because
16:51
they obviously the static all matches so well exactly and I love the Aesthetics this this table actually becomes the
16:56
backrest for the bench so it's Stow so we're trying to take every element and like integrate it into the design of the
17:02
van so that because storage on the stuff can be you know like where do you put this in the van it's not in the way you
17:09
need to repurpose it if you can yeah everything repurposes if you can and all this packs into little cases just
17:14
carrying cases and it all goes into the side of the van there with the strap that holds it in place
17:20
yeah uh what's the best way for people to contact you um well we're spark adventures and
17:28
um spark Adventures so this
17:34
Instagrams probably the easiest way nice at spark underscore Adventures PDX
17:40
Perfect Tour yeah thank you for interest awesome all right that was an excellent tour
17:46
with spark Adventures love the snow peak I have a lot of snow peak stuff when I go hiking
17:53
we've got a couple more here we're just kind of picking and choosing which ones we do
18:00
um I'm gonna give you guys guys some b-roll of the event the weather is incredible
18:06
it's about 70 degrees oh check it out
18:12
KLR all right this is we went down to a back
18:20
alley check this out guys we have a uh old fire truck
18:44
oh
19:15
wow that's cool really
19:28
so these are all rig well components everything this is the whole entire rig well set up it's a conversion kit yeah
19:35
so it looks like you said uh come see me at rig well so this might be one they're trying to sell well I mean it's over
19:40
here yeah [Music]
19:52
everyone
20:02
so it looks like this stuff is all the
20:08
camping and maybe DIY section
20:14
we're gonna walk through here and see if we can get
20:19
broken influencer at the moment that was cool yeah
20:28
I was waiting to hear that I was like it's all electric right here
20:38
we go
20:58
man Smith
21:08
[Applause] Center
21:25
but I mean yeah
21:43
foreign hey guys we're here with Andrew rossmaster Vans and uh the interior is
21:49
really cool so uh yeah take it away cool oh yeah this is a 2023 uh Sprinter it's
21:56
a 144 all-wheel drive um we can step up in here
22:02
but uh we do all custom stuff and this is just a showpiece but we kind of went with a theory of keeping everything open
22:08
or a theme of keeping things open but also a lot of moving parts so the nice thing is you have like eight feet of
22:14
countertop space this is me Walnut butcher block so it's pretty rare to be in a van and
22:19
actually have like a usable aisle space and be able to walk around people it's
22:25
also nice if you're like cooking dinner cooking breakfast in here two people can be in here actually working which is
22:30
pretty rare in the back underneath here we have all of our system storage as well as just
22:36
like additional storage so systems wise we've got 600 amp hours of lithium batteries in here we have 200 watts of
22:43
solar up on the roof with a 3000 watt inverter we have a 12 volt AC unit so off these
22:50
batteries you can run for around 30 to 35 hours off the batteries without starting the vehicle anything
22:56
um on this side we've got Plumbing so this fan has 40 gallons of fresh water we also have a heater hot water system
23:03
it's hydronic and we also have a custom in-floor radiant Loop off that heater
23:08
system so it all pulls off your diesel fuel system and then you have on-demand heat hot water and radiant floor
23:15
on this side we have your Murphy bed so you have two clips here you pull both those
23:20
you step to the side this folds down your mattress stores up in here it comes
23:26
down and we hinged it so that it doesn't hit your upper cabinets it just folds nicely like that
23:33
it's gonna be a queen size bed we have flares you have 80 inches of sleeping length and then in the morning you can
23:39
leave all of your bedding set up on this mattress and it simply folds back and around you lift it up
23:46
and you're back to having all this open space in the van again nice on the driver's side here we've got a closet in
23:53
the top so we'll put shelves in there or hanging space depending on what the eventual buyer of this vehicle wants and
24:00
then the bottom here we're going to have a compost toilet on these slides so 500 pound slides this piece pulls out if
24:06
you're going to sit right on that toilet and then slide it back away when you're done using it that's perfect so it's
24:12
nice it's not going to take up a lot of space and it just slides away on the passenger side we've got a 4.6 just the
24:18
cruise 130 isotherm fridge with the two burner induction cooktop so you don't have any propane on board everything is
24:25
electric and then again your heater is pulling from your diesel tank and then sticking with the theme of everything moving in the front of the
24:31
van we've got this bench seat which is facing sideways at Camp currently and
24:36
then you can swivel it and have four people facing forward when you're driving down the road I see that which
24:42
is really nice typically it's kind of one or the other but having it swivel keeps everything pretty versatile that's
24:48
great and then lastly on the front here of this passenger cabinet
24:54
we have a folding shower so you twist this handle it comes down
24:59
you have a shower curtain that hooks up to the black hooks up here in the ceiling
25:04
so you step in here your shower curtain magnetizes in here you can shower in here with the door closed or since it's
25:11
right here in the sliding door you can also pull this out and use it as an outdoor shower that's really convenient which is pretty nice and you again have
25:18
hot and cold and all this is draining and doing 100 Mount gray water tank gotcha so the swivel that's uh from
25:25
Limitless fans yep it's a limitless van swivel and then it's a broad Arrow uh the 800 seat front Arrow uh Wilderness
25:32
the Wilderness yes yeah exactly and then this Tetra van Tetra van folding shower
25:38
yeah and then we do a little custom Lagoon Mount there off the swivel base so it
25:44
allows you to kind of have a functional table up here in the front is it the hydraulic Heat this is a heater vent so
25:52
we have multiple heating zones we have a heater in here a heater in the rear and then again if you notice it's time to
25:58
saw in the video but this floor is a little bit taller than a traditional floor because we have those radiant heat
26:03
Loops oh you do okay yes the radiant floor heat in here as well and then what's what's powering that uh the
26:10
diesel system hydraulic it's Aqua Hot it's like Aqua ice heater system yeah okay thank you
26:17
and then step into the outside we've got our little exterior folding
26:22
table here which is pretty nice it's nice to kind of extend your Camp to the outside and we're under this awning we
26:30
can step up here so some of the exterior things on here we've got all aluminous exterior Gear
26:37
with the Fiamma awnings we've got their new uh roof rack on here we have a light bar in the front as well as fog lights
26:44
off the front bumper all that is controlled from the trigger six so it's pretty nice that it can be controlled
26:49
from an app or from a little mobile remote so when you're driving down the road you can hold that remote and just switch things on and off as opposed to
26:55
having to like reach and find your switches is it like a test pod type device it's similar yeah and I can show
27:01
you on the other side too um and then we also have Invictus suspension on this van that just came
27:08
out brand new suspension kit is a 2.65 inch kind of pre-runner suspension uh
27:14
it's pretty amazing how when you drive one of these things the difference that you can immediately feel both from like
27:20
a performance standpoint but also just from a safety standpoint true um and certainly stopping power is something
27:26
that people don't think about but having a nice tuned suspension like this you mitigate all that nose dive so you have
27:32
a lot more stopping power and traction at all four tires
27:38
um stepping around to the front a luminous front bumper with their new kind of fog light design here as opposed
27:44
to their old one we've got the big white bar is this uh yeah from is that Mercedes is
27:49
this is the active distronic this thing is that what you're asking yeah yeah yeah so you still have all the same like Factory features so active distronic
27:56
cruise is still active in here um you can add a winch here if you want we don't have one on this van right now
28:03
[Music] coming around uh these are the side steps from illuminous so they're a
28:09
little bit more Stout than what those previous Nerf Bars were yeah so there's not as much flex and kind of movement as
28:15
you step on those they also change the design uh before it was two bars and so
28:21
when dogs would get in here sometimes they're like would slip through so now it's like an actual like perforated step
28:27
so you're not gonna have any movement there which is nice on the side here this is a ladder and
28:33
this is a little like Molly panel for storage it also makes it so that when people like when you're out you can lock
28:39
it so people can't climb up there uh I'll let you climb up there but it's pretty much from here forward it's all
28:46
walkable solar panel and so you can hang out up there put chairs up there do whatever you want yeah
28:53
[Music] foreign
29:14
[Music]
29:20
this is our Max tracks table so you put Max tracks right on here to store and then when you're at Camp you can pull
29:27
this down and it's like a functional table so it's one Easy Storage you don't have to like crawl up when you're stuck
29:33
and get those Max tracks but you also have dual purpose and then off the back we've just got the
29:39
spare tire ladder carrier as well as the Molly panel with a little storage boxes
29:49
perfect that was a lot that was quick yeah
29:54
Andrew thanks so much for the tour nice to meet you you too [Music] hey guys we're here with Andreas of rre
30:01
global and uh I met him about two years ago Adventure uh Overland Expo East and
30:07
uh builds incredible what would you call them like the very big rigs and I call them Overland
30:14
vehicles or long long journey travel Vehicles basically your home on Wheels yeah yeah so stuff that you could travel
30:21
across the whole entire world uh but also there's components for Vans just like this
30:27
and um the main thing I wanted to talk about was uh the flooring system so this is a
30:33
specialized flooring system uh that's been pull tested yeah and certified so
30:38
if you carry your family with you in your van the most important thing is safety you don't want that anyone is
30:43
flying through the windshield um the smartphone system is made to retrofit seats and vans we have full
30:50
certificates for Canada and the US Transit Sprinter ProMaster and Mattress
30:56
um that means you can basically select a specific floor layout we are manufacturing the floors in the US we
31:02
have the raw materials here we speak with the customers we have installation Partners all over the US they speak with
31:08
the customer where do they need it whereas the kitchen whereas other stuff should be fixed we always recommend all
31:13
heavy stuff to also be fixed in our tracks batteries water tanks after we
31:19
designed the floor it's manufactured and shipped to the insulation partner and you see here the tracks we have
31:24
different um bases this is the new Swivel base later we will also show the standard
31:30
quick release base and that allows you to basically safely fix the seat on our
31:36
flooring solution and swivel around to have the seat in the perfect location yeah and so this is an extruded aluminum
31:42
floor yes it's extruded aluminum in different widths so we can position the
31:49
track where you need it right and it's a little bit different than a typical floor where you'd have like foam and
31:55
then wood this is uh comes in panels and they're uh adhered to the floor yes the
32:02
strength is from the adhesive it's a polyurethane adhesive and it's basically glued on the higher Ridges of the van
32:08
floor and counter bolted in the rear you can combine it with floor heating very nicely you have the hollow chambers that
32:15
means you can run pipes you can insulate the the hollow Chambers and then you can use the hydronic floor heating system
32:21
from Rixon from Van life Tech from Elwell they have a very nice system
32:27
the Timberline 2.0 system it was two different circuits yes so that's what we use very often to just run the
32:33
temperature of the floor in a different way than the rest of the van now when you made these uh floor mounts and
32:41
bracket systems did you create that uh because it's directly for your floor yes
32:47
in the US you are testing systems so it's the floor the base and the seat in
32:52
a specific position we are testing 14 different positions in Sprinter Pro Master transit in the US you are not
32:59
doing a generic test like in Europe where you just just basically pull one time and then you prove that it's all
33:05
safe here you really put it into a van shell no engine obviously but an
33:10
electric shell and you are actually testing it in a van in a specific position so it's a little different than
33:15
in Europe and all our products are tested to the US and Canadian standards oh very interesting
33:22
um as far as uh let's see other products in here yeah this one has almost everything what we also offer it's our
33:29
SCA pop top um additional two beds right away
33:35
um so maybe if you allow I quickly pop that open yeah it's just a quick push
33:40
and then it goes all the way up and here you have a nice mattress and maybe you
33:46
want to just show up I don't know if you can reach in but so additional beds in a second now
33:54
is there something specific about how this one only has one hole cut out for like the roof frame yeah so like every
34:01
product what we sell we try to have maximum safety our products are always approved from the manufacturer so also
34:07
this one has the full Mercedes approval and also Master up Fitters can install it
34:13
um smaller cutout to avoid too many cuts um through cross members and the one cross member we are cutting out gets a
34:20
big stiffening frame and to stiffen the opening out that nothing can happen no squeak noises or no no noises basically
34:27
while driving that's always basically valid for every product we are offering
34:32
gotcha so when you put that up there you'll take away from some of the roof real estate for usage are you able with
34:40
this system to put is there a weight limit that you can add to it no so in general Mercedes is allowing 150
34:47
kilogram Dynamic roof load this roof is 135 kilogram heavy so you can put solar
34:53
panels on and there's a flat spot where you can put like a little mini hickey roof Skylight but that's it so that the
35:02
roof load from Mercedes is basically fulfilled with the pop top two solar panels three solar panels depending a
35:08
little bit on the system and that's it so 150 kilogram it's a maximum roof load there's not a lot left over after you
35:14
installed the the roof yeah and that's a big safety thing so I did a video on that in the passes you know is your van
35:20
too heavy weight wise yeah it affects the systems yeah the ESP The Sidewinder
35:26
system yeah and not only that but if you look at these engineering specs of the
35:31
roof load you'll be super rise to how low it is so when you add the AC unit
35:37
and the solar panels and the walkable deck yeah so it's it ends up very quickly and you reach very often the
35:44
limit very very quickly as well true this one has also um our new furniture kit which is made
35:50
for the adventure vegan wall panel system we have a very lightweight system you
35:57
see all the little cutouts to save every little bit very modular we have different size kitchen units we have
36:04
different Lynx beds we have it with or without shower so there is a lot of different individual modules you can
36:11
select and match and mix to get your van customized the way you need it yeah uh
36:18
so for this system is it only I'm assuming it's just Sprinter currently at this point it's just a sprinter
36:24
obviously looking into the future we need to think about the transit also the new upgraded ProMaster can be very
36:31
popular in the future um in a different customer base because it's not available as a four-wheel drive
36:37
but there's lots of customers who don't need that and enjoy the new shape and and facelift of the ProMaster
36:45
and uh you guys have been seeing the build in the shop so we use Adventure wagon for interior kits and what's nice
36:50
is to see other vendors that are giving you options yeah we we enjoy Adventure
36:55
vegans since years um we also have our lumicoin lights with them so it's also a good partnership but
37:03
the modularity and the stability this is what I always enjoyed we spoke about the safety of the floors
37:09
we spoke about the pop shops in my opinion with their bracer kit system
37:14
they match exactly what we are doing they try to make it as safe as possible and that's why we really enjoy working
37:20
together yeah same philosophy for sure yeah um so this uh
37:26
you could modify that I guess for uh Transit technically everything can be
37:32
modified um it's just basically a template and then we can change every furniture and
37:37
to also match the the lines of the transit so it's not rocket science it's just something to do
37:43
um we started with uh with the Sprinter models that we have 140 400 70 170 extended coverage and uh yeah the next
37:51
logical step is obviously also looking into other models perfect perfect and uh
37:57
anything with uh so I see the other overhead compartments in the back um are you doing bed systems as well
38:02
this one is a bad system it is based on two side panels covering the wheel wells
38:09
um and um that is part of the bad system then there are cross members and you can get your bet on we also have a solution
38:15
for Flash based solution so if you want to sleep across perfect perfect uh
38:21
anything on the exterior of the van yes absolutely um quite a bit to be honest
38:26
um here to start was maybe is our new Fender kit um and now we have a little ball in the
38:32
pocket um so we have nice Fender extensions if you want to run larger tires and also to
38:39
get more room so we are also cutting a little bit from the metal here and the same for the for the rear as well we can
38:46
walk around and while we walk around we can also have a look on our new explore rear carrier yeah this this is nice too
38:51
because uh currently there's only usually one that's integrated on the bottom yes so you're integrating the top
38:57
one piece exactly it's one piece seamless and uh very nice finish in my
39:03
opinion it really matches the line super nicely it's very um it's very strong connected also with
39:10
boats from the color matching that's pretty we try to color we try to color matches as much as much as possible
39:16
obviously we have lots of customers who enjoy the X liner you can also do that
39:21
to color match the rest of the of the plastic parts yeah yeah let's walk around and have a quick stop at the rear
39:28
carrier system [Music] markers
39:35
so there's lots of products in the market and they do their job very well and we decided to have a very high
39:42
layout so if you want maximum performance of your rear carrier with the maximum height this is what we offer
39:49
if you see there is three plates connecting plates very strong and you
39:55
may have heard from some trouble if it gets too heavy on the rear door that the middle one starts to break and bend a
40:01
little bit and to avoid that we decided to really have three strong connecting plates per door panel plus a strong
40:08
hinge connection obviously and that gives you a lot of flexibility for all your accessories
40:14
that is that was the main goal for this new problem excellent and here maybe you
40:19
have a nice view on both the rear and front fender so also here we are cutting
40:25
front and back and gives you more room for the larger tires wheel and you see there's still plenty
40:32
of space yeah that's great [Music]
40:39
yeah that's basically our exterior [Music]
40:44
my favorite one because we spoke about the transit it
40:50
might make sense that we also have a quick look here [Music]
40:58
same floor system different top flooring so the customer has always a choice how
41:04
he wants to finish the the top layer this is our new Comfort seat it's in
41:10
between the shieldman seat which is our highest end premium product and our standard basically here the rvm1 which
41:16
is one of our standard smart seats so brand new tested and here you also have a view on our quick release neck in the
41:23
other Sprinter we had a look on the sweater bus perfect perfect yeah that's great uh are
41:30
any of this interior panels are you uh are there this is from our installation partner Turek so we have 85 installation
41:38
partners for our flooring solution one of it is Adventure wagon one of it is touric
41:44
um and that's basically prepared by the turret team using our smartphone so is
41:50
it are you able to purchase the system from touring as a partner so not from us
41:55
so you basically really don't buy from us you go to one of our installation Partners as they discuss with you the
42:00
layout they discuss the color scheme they discuss what else needs to go into the van we provide the components and
42:07
the Outfitters are the Connecting Point to the end consumer doing the installation helping with support and
42:13
service so these panels you can have them upholstered for like a high roof for
42:18
Transit now I think they have everything that's more a question for Paul from touring where he is behind us he can
42:25
answer you a little better what color options he has and what models he has done but yeah he is right next to us but
42:31
I'm pretty sure that he can manage also custom Solutions perfect perfect yeah we'll get them that'll be there next
42:38
interview over here thanks for having us here and you're awesome in your video Andres thank you so much see you next
42:43
time thanks a lot thanks [Music] hey guys we're here with Paul from tour rig and uh just came from the re Global
42:51
booth and this is right next door for our next tour and I came in here and
42:57
looked at the Quality and finishes of the kitchen galley the overhead cabinet and it's it's
43:04
amazing so uh Paul Walk us through this build and the components that you have
43:10
in here and uh a little bit about you guys yeah so uh myself and Eric started
43:16
the company in 2015 so we're in our eighth year um have a facility in Golden Colorado
43:23
as well as a sister company TRG which we um we have a Mercedes
43:29
uh Tech on duty so we've got a Mercedes Tech on duty we're a Mercedes master
43:35
upfitter um so we've been working mainly with Mercedes we do also work on Fords and we
43:42
will do some service work on promasters um but yeah
43:47
um just uh keep refining over the years changing what we do keep improving using
43:53
the Vans figuring out what works this model is Argentine
43:58
um so it's a it's a nice sleeps too seats to design
44:04
um you've got your leatherette upholstery we do in-house uh the mattresses are a Rome rest mattress
44:12
really top quality comfortable mattress this vein features
44:19
um a 600 amp hour uh victron lithium battery system so we can run our nomadic
44:25
12 volt of course it is Shore charging uh engine charging uh sole around the
44:32
roof um so a few of the things turek's known for is our fastenerless interior so you
44:40
won't see screws showing and then our airliner series cabinets which are
44:47
manufactured by C-Tech Manufacturing out of Wisconsin so they custom build
44:53
these for all so this is a patented latching system and the drawers as well patented latching system so your drawers
45:00
are never going to come over so we essentially designed what we want and pretty much
45:07
they can build it for us so perfect and uh is everything in the back of the van
45:12
George wise uh yeah it's got a full garage we can go around back
45:17
[Music] what uh
45:25
[Music] this is what we would call a garage model so underneath here you've got some
45:31
l-track if you're going to put your mountain bikes in here got your overhead clearance
45:37
um you've got your 600 amp hour lithium battery system
45:42
to the driver's side this says [Music] um uh two uh DC to DC Chargers so you get
45:51
60 amp hours of charging driving down the road of course you've got your victron 3000
45:57
um inverter charger um and then we put heating pads under
46:03
batteries try to force season our fans as much as possible and then of course we've designed in ventilation so your
46:10
battery can breathe we can get natural airflow through the cabinets we've got
46:15
our Aqua Hot system which is a hydronic heating system Heats our air and heats our water
46:21
as well as our water storage on this side yeah and uh guys it's so hard to show you
46:28
guys the quality the quality of the powder coating it's just yeah
46:34
I mean it's like a mirror yep and thing we like about these is the uh
46:41
the radius Corners so a lot of people are making aluminum cabinets yeah just have hard Square edges so but it's not
46:48
even for like the safety it's it's the design yeah it's a very idea uh
46:54
yeah old yeah I'll say vintage was it more like art deco I mean we kind of
47:01
came up with afterwards that you know they look like an airplane yeah you know the overhead storage bins are all curved
47:07
in here overhead uh airliner series I mean this is and then we've got our inhabit in
47:14
this particular van we do inhabit custom mats so you can cover over your uh your
47:20
floor if this is dirty you can pull the whole mat out hose It Off um
47:27
and then our touring rear screen so screens for the top screen from the
47:32
bottom that's right to the side we've got touring storage bag options
47:40
down to 2023 [Music]
47:46
oh thanks so much for the tour um tell us where they can find you uh
47:52
myturing.com and as well as touring.com so we've got two links to uh our site
47:58
and then uh that'll lead you there or um it'll send you over to TRG if you're
48:03
looking for service you've got your own van you want service you want a bumper put on suspension that would be TRG or
48:10
through the service button yeah thanks so much thank you all right guys I'm here with Reuben from
48:16
lithionics you guys uh made no lithionics through uh humble road if you guys have been going through the
48:22
YouTubes but I haven't got a chance to walk through the batteries and show you the different sizes they have uh and
48:29
just really ask you know Reuben some questions on where you can find them and like next steps and stuff like that so
48:34
uh Reuben take it away tell us about the lithium X batteries all right first of all you know you got my fancy show on
48:41
the on the grass so it's our grass displays so let me start with the newest development
48:46
it is a demo battery but we're naming this the Boss 302 after the Ford Mustang
48:52
notice it has that Mustang race track so it's 302 but the data she's showing 305
48:57
but they're commonly testing about 310 amp hours so in a 15 by 8 case so this
49:03
is the smallest you're going to see has an internal BMS so the BMS is rated at 200 amps which is very robust for a
49:10
single internal BMS battery here you have your connections so every time that you see the terminals on the
49:16
battery it has an internal BMS the connection here is can bus related so anytime that you're connecting wake
49:22
speed regulator uh victron components or any display that has RVC can bus we will
49:29
integrate right into it which means our battery data will show on their panels and in terms of the victron components
49:36
it will also control the inverter charger it will control the solar charge controller it basically just makes it
49:42
one big nice network of systems so that's what this is a can bus this port is what we call amp seal this gives you
49:50
your anything you want to use it for most people use it for extending this button so our batteries to do to make it
49:58
the longest life you can actually turn it off when you're in storage so you turn them off when you're in storage so therefore there's no calendar
50:04
agent but the biggest thing and what everybody loves here is a protection when you over discharge your batteries
50:10
so at 10 the battery will turn itself off you press this button down you turn
50:16
it back on and you have 10 reserved for emergencies that's it so the issue with
50:21
other companies it's imported batteries is that you have to introduce a higher voltage to it jump start it
50:27
theoretically correct but in this situation you have two backups if it does go if you do go through Reserve
50:33
then normally all you need to do is make sure there's a charge Source connected turn it back on you'll see that voltage so this is a 305 amp hour
50:40
this is common in Winnebago applications so the Revel the echo outside van we'll
50:47
put usually three of these in the application so over close to about a thousand Watts with three batteries so
50:52
as you see it's only six and a half inches long about 21 inches well so 21 inches long
50:57
six and a half inches wide the same features so everything exactly 320.
51:04
and these are all engine cranking so as a backup you can engine crank it starts your engines if you're low and
51:09
now this is the 6 30. is theoretically it's pretty much two of
51:15
those batteries in one case Gretch RV puts two of these in their coaches so 1 260 amp hours two batteries everything's
51:24
integrated again all the same features so that's our internal BMS pretty much
51:30
lineup I noticed this so you can you have an app
51:35
yes so this is what people want and including all my
51:41
customers want they want support so if if something's in Fault let's just say
51:46
hypothetically your inverter loses its settings when your inverter loses its
51:51
settings you might get over voltage it might charge like 13 8 or something like that right the BMS is going to say hey I'm over volted it's going to turn off
51:59
you go into bluetooth app you hit default it gives you a fault code you hit it it tells you it's overvolt I can
52:05
troubleshoot in the field great great whatever you want so it's going to tell you your internal temperature is going
52:10
to tell you your BMS temperature it's going to give you all your fault codes it gives you even life it tells you how
52:16
many amps Has It produced since the birth um man everything I'm probably getting
52:22
trouble for not saying everything but the firmware updates come right from us so when we release something like
52:27
temperature high temp we actually got approval by UL to increase the temperature the temperatures at high
52:33
levels yeah we set that update to everyone yeah and that's another big bonus is this is UL listed item yeah UL 1973 is very big
52:42
right now a lot of customers band Builders now don't want cash Deals they want basically be able to finance or get
52:48
loans RVA has to approve it has to be UL battery for them to certify it so we are
52:53
the only battery company in the world certified by UL for that UL 1973 certification why
53:00
because UL does not give you 1973 if you're in a plastic case
53:06
it's not fireproof it's not Crush proof we're the only company that has aluminum out location
53:12
it's Crush proof it's fireproof so that's why we have pretty much a monopoly in that um but yeah good point so UL listing is
53:19
huge for us um let me move on to our system here
53:25
now you're dealing with your full-timers this is an external BMS internal BMS is
53:33
a read at 200 this is rated at 400. so 400 amps it has an internal contactor military grade
53:40
and you can see the terminals are on the side and it's a plug and play using a big Euro DIN connector
53:47
the big Euro Den connector plugs right into your battery module no issues with torque values
53:53
so there's your connection positive negative come out into your BMS the BMS
53:59
we make a combiner box up to six one BMS can protect six battery modules so now
54:06
no torquing no parallel no series nothing like that it's just all plug and play WoW so now a customer can literally
54:13
add to their system in the field with no tools did you put the battery in plug it into a combiner box
54:20
now integration so here is our integration cable up the loop this communicates current voltage
54:27
temperature everything to the BMS the BMS takes that information
54:33
you can send it out bluetooth or you can send it out all right to the servo
54:42
so now here's your Servo now the same two wires that's all it
54:48
takes is two wires you can go to the servo those same two wires can go to
54:53
your wake speed now with all our customers that are
54:58
doing higher voltage 24 51 which is our everybody use it as 48 volts we put an
55:06
extra cell to be cool 51 volts so we make a 51 volt system
55:12
and if you need a step down you footloads we make our own 12 or 48 to 12
55:17
volt step down at 100 amps so now it's truly efficient
55:24
everything is integrated um again this 8.4 kilowatt module
55:29
and we make it in 12 24 51 volts external bms's yeah for uh charging so
55:37
let's say what is so you have assuming you're probably
55:42
going to be using a dual alternator setup a 40 volt you have to when you're 51 volts you have to so what amperage
55:49
are we talking about that it can withstand from that like how how big of a second alternator charge
55:56
can you give it so if you're speaking in voltage obviously at 51 volts oh yeah
56:01
the amperage okay the amperage so 50 either way that's a 400 amp VMS [Music]
56:07
so let's just say 2 000 Watts your alternator is charging at 2 000 Watts let's say that's about 40 amps you're
56:14
nowhere close to the limitation of the vehicle right so you're not going to outwork the BMS at high voltage you'll
56:19
never outwork the BMS you can hypothetically outwork the BMS at 12 volts right so let's just say you
56:27
want to invert more than 4 000 Watts now you're getting on the threshold of what
56:33
the external BMS can do so really when it comes to alternators whether you're a 12 volt or 280 amp alternator well
56:39
that's 400 you're not gonna not work it if you have a 51 volts you're never going to outwork the alternator the
56:45
alternator will never outwork our external BMS and uh so I'm assuming you'd want to go with a 48 volt
56:52
second alternator primary charging and then you would use this to have it
56:58
stuff it down for your 12 volt loads which is very minimal most people are going to go with if they're going to do
57:03
a 48 volt system they're going to get a 48 volt alternator 48 volt air conditioner they're going to get a 48
57:08
volt inverter yeah because you got tiny wires everywhere like tiny wires to buy you'd buy this and then you uh and then
57:16
you yeah you have to get bigger get bigger wires go but even in that situation most of whatever you're
57:23
running at 12 volts is so little you're still going to use small cables so the benefit of 40 or 51 volt system is
57:29
smaller cables faster recharge more efficiency with the air conditioner everything lasts longer imagine starting
57:36
a compressor and that you're at 48 volts it's like nothing you know so everything does last a lot longer it's been tested
57:43
so the market is heading off to 51 rules that's the market is heading up you're still going to have many people at a 12
57:49
volt system um that's the reason why we still have our internal we still make these at 12
57:55
volt but you want an external BMS for full-time rvers and you have to go with
58:01
an external BMS for higher voltage yeah and a Reuben for
58:06
uh if anybody wants to buy this system say I'm just somebody off the street I'm out of business or distributor is it
58:12
possible to buy a lithium system three yeah we we work with dealers there's not many but we do have dealers we're
58:19
primarily at business to business company um but we do do business to Consumer but
58:24
we like to work with dealers and we like to work with installers simply because we have this saying that batteries don't
58:30
die they're murdered and there's Rogue installations there's people that don't fuse it correctly
58:36
there's people that don't put battery isolators it's just it's just this DIY thing I don't know so
58:43
we typically we always provide a wire diagram and we always work with dealers and installers but if there is a
58:49
consumer that really knows what they're doing and they provide us their own diagram we'll certainly do faculty
58:55
awesome and so where can they find you um so they can call the factory they always get someone on the phone they
59:01
never get an automated unless you call outside of business hours you can work with you go on our site there's a where
59:06
to buy section and you can actually see the dealers that are there and I work directly with the consumer as well for
59:12
any support so is it just lithionics.com lithionics battery.com lithiumx battery.com
59:18
Improvement yeah awesome thanks so much for the information appreciate it yep thank you guys
59:40
slide them forward and then you can flip them and they're 45 degrees so you can go left to right so you can also raise
59:45
it up in a whole inch as well so you have a little bit of adjustability for uh writer size and like size and also
59:52
like style writing right now I'm kind of in the off-road mode so it's like a little bit further back it's more like
59:57
perfectly centered if it's like a little bit further forward and a little bit more comfortable for Road riding hey
1:00:02
guys we're with Dylan from Terra electric motorbikes and uh you stop by here it's caught my eye and
1:00:10
uh when I'm going around the events especially when I'm Avenger it's so much easier if I had a bike to go right
1:00:17
around so I get really jealous when I see everybody riding around with bikes and uh but this one is not a normal bike
1:00:22
nope nope it's very nice tell us about it yeah so these are handmade in
1:00:27
Colorado they're a low powered electric motorcycle depending on your state you can class it as a low speed moped or a
1:00:34
scooter or if you have a stamp on your license then you can register it as a motorcycle they go 65 miles an hour they
1:00:42
weigh 160 pounds and they have three different ride modes so ride modes eco mode second modes kind of City mode and
1:00:49
then three ride mode three is off-road or Highway um I designed them to be off-road
1:00:57
specifically so you have long travel front and rear about six and a half inches of travel in the rear hence the longer swing arm so it comes up to about
1:01:03
here and then on the front is eight inches so I ride this predominantly on single track and double track around uh
1:01:10
oh yeah all the time like this thing is meant to rip I mean like something where like mountain bikes go uh no more like
1:01:17
ohvs yeah yeah so like you know take it to a dirt bike track go to rip like your
1:01:23
you know fire roads double tracks wherever something like that but the cool thing is like you have a pretty good range so you can go from your town
1:01:30
to double track to single track and then back home again and then it takes about three hours to recharge
1:01:36
and uh did you mention the mileage I did maybe briefly but I'll go over it again
1:01:42
in uh in eco mode you get about 60 miles in off-road mode you'll get about 35 to
1:01:47
40. depending on how hard you're hitting like the the turns of your rooster tailing or if you're like putting down
1:01:52
like three thousand four thousand vertical foot climbs you know that is all big influences right
1:01:58
um so you know we like to stay where I live is like born in the Rockies and tested in Utah because right outside my
1:02:04
back door I climb 3000 vertical feet every damn bike and then we go out to Utah and then we shred slick Rock rough
1:02:11
trail baby heads all the stuff but you know if you can't just spend money on a beautiful build like this and not be
1:02:17
able to ride it to the office so we wanted to make sure they also come straight handled so this comes with DOT
1:02:22
approved headlights indicator lights and also tail lights and then the wheels and
1:02:27
tires are vot as well um straight off the factory floor so we actually haven't mounted the mirrors on
1:02:34
it but it does have a core in it as well so this comes with nothing but these two is awesome and then of course this is
1:02:39
really cool I don't have the keys on me but this is a burrito holder AKA burrito holder it's a glove box
1:02:45
storage like a rain jacket my riding gloves are typically in there or it's like if I
1:02:52
have a ball cap and I'm wearing a helmet might help my hat was in there as well this is great like the color scheme is
1:02:57
really good um the base is just a shelf like yeah
1:03:03
the blue on the white with the camel c yeah it's pretty awesome we have a couple different options so this is the
1:03:08
classic classic retro and then we have the other options which is death metal so it's all black with a black undertone
1:03:15
on the bottom oh Dylan where can they uh find you online terabytes.com and on Instagram
1:03:20
Tara underscore bikes awesome well thanks so much thank you I appreciate it if you guys are looking to uh jump start
1:03:27
your van build I've created a DIY van build cheat sheet it's essentially an
1:03:32
Excel sheet of all the products that I've bought through Amazon over the past three years
1:03:37
they're all curated into an organized sheet that you guys can search through click on the Amazon links it really
1:03:45
helps out the channel it's a great way to support us and this device this uh document it's
1:03:52
really going to help you guys so if it's their first time building a van and you don't know what products to buy because
1:03:57
there's so many products in the market you don't want to buy products and have to vet them on your own you can go on
1:04:04
this list this list is stuff that I vetted I've used these items anywhere from plumbing parts for the van
1:04:11
fuses uh any type of Hardware bolts nut screws stuff for the 80 20. the most
1:04:18
important thing in the list is the tools the tools on this list are what I use to put Thomas's van together
1:04:25
so these tools are everything from the rivnut attachment for your drill the
1:04:32
propex expansion tool for everything that we did into the in the sink area
1:04:39
um I'm trying to think of some other tools all the hole saws the hole saws that I needed to actually cut out uh
1:04:47
for the battery disconnects all those tools the soldering that I use for the
1:04:52
the lights above those tools are on there so go there it's going to be a One-Stop
1:04:58
shop for you it's going to help you out it's going to help you save time and money by just buying the one thing you
1:05:03
need instead of 20 things you need so uh head on over to the link in the
1:05:09
bottom in the description below it's our DIY van build cheat sheet and I'm really
1:05:15
excited for you guys to uh to check it out so again link is in the description
1:05:20
below if you wanted to download that it's a completely free download so just put your name email address click
1:05:27
download it'll send it right to your inbox it's completely free and I know it's going to help you out
