hey everyone welcome back to the live stream tonight we are picking up where we left off last night and finishing up
0:59
the template transfer so what we've done is we put our window cardboard template
1:04
up for a1033 window on the van so I'm let's move this over there real
1:11
quick so we put our template up we traced it out and tonight what we're doing is we're transferring it from this
1:18
side the inside of the van to the outside of the van that's where we're actually going to outline the
1:24
final uh trace of you know tracing the cardboard template out so we'll take a
1:30
marker trace it out and then we'll actually cut the window out so it'll be pretty exciting doing it live so if you
1:38
guys have any questions during the live stream it could be anything van related um ask me in the chat we got the chat up
1:47
so what we're going to do now is I'm going to reposition the camera so that you guys can get a better look at it and
1:52
we'll transfer to the other side we'll cut it out and then uh if we have enough time uh
2:00
there's something else I want to get to but let's go ahead and get this done
2:10
first if you guys are looking for a tutorial on actually how
2:16
to c out the cardboard template if you head on over
2:23
to this video it's on the vanit HQ YouTube
2:28
channel it's called cardboard template for camper van window install and it shows you step by step
2:36
how to make the cardboard template that is right behind
2:43
me okay let's zoom in a little
2:58
bit okay the first thing we we're going to do is make sure that we have um our
3:05
drill and we're using two drill bits so we've got one that's a little bit
3:12
smaller one that's a little bit bigger and if you're just paying attention you won't have to worry about you know a
3:18
bigger one or a small one you just need two that way you can align it left right up and down that's what that's
3:24
for there was a viewer that said why don't I just put one in the middle and then just uh even it up
3:31
later so my reply to that is I want to make sure that my distance right here on
3:36
this non-cut surface is equal to the cardboard
3:42
template and I'm going to hop over and get a tape measuring tape so we can talk about some measurements in a little
3:58
bit
4:06
okay so right here what we have is we've got a cardboard template and what we did
4:12
yesterday just to give you a quick update if you guys are just tuning in is
4:18
we took these window pill pills p i
4:23
LLS and these bring the window frame out so you can put a piece of
4:30
uh interior wall panel in your van so we took this we put a e inch spacer on top
4:36
to give us some wiggle room because this piece will actually be joined with a
4:42
second piece they'll be glued together and then this will be upholstered as one unit and
4:49
this one upholstered unit will come over here on this it brings it out flush to
4:54
the van surface and you kind of go from there so what we've done
5:00
this what we did last yesterday lastday yesterday on the live stream is we took
5:07
this our E8 in spacer and we put it up against here we got it nice and even we
5:12
measured a distance from the top and bottom we centered this window pill to
5:19
this Center member so you're going to have three in the back of a Ford Transit and we take the center of this and
5:25
matched it to the center of this and that's also what these uh two screws
5:31
these uh drill bits are going to help us is we don't want when we go to the other side we don't want to put the template
5:36
on wrong and have it shifted left or right so this helps maintain the
5:42
orientation so we traced a bigger Circle we went in and we put this on
5:48
here and then what I did is I went through and
5:54
so this thing has drifted down just a little bit so we always want to make sure that we double
6:00
check uh what we're doing here before we actually drill our holes out so this is looking good we got our
6:09
tape tighten back up and then what we're going to do is
6:15
going to measure here to make sure our distance is we got
6:21
a inch in one two 38 come over here we get an inch and one
6:29
two 38 so our template is level to the van
6:35
not the ground so make sure you level to Van surfaces in your van not to what the
6:43
ground level is don't take a bubble level and find out what your level is because a van is going to be a little
6:49
bit higher and it's going to want you to actually move this template this way so just follow these
6:58
lines in the van this this is my suggestion when we get to the outside of the van after we transfer this template
7:04
it's going to make a lot more sense to you in just a second uh left or right we've got a quarter of an inch left or
7:11
right quarter of an inch and then we should have an eighth
7:16
on the bottom eighth on the top okay so this
7:21
template is exactly where we want it to be so we're going to go ahead and come in
7:27
here let's take one of these
7:33
out I'm working with a new microphone right now so hopefully supposed to limit the sound
7:40
but this might be kind of loud so but I got to I got to go for it anyway
7:47
um if it's too loud then I'll try to fix it next time but we're going to take this hole and make sure your van door is not
7:56
open that it's make sure you go around the other side of your van make sure you
8:02
don't have anybody outside anything leaning up against it
8:08
um when we drill this hole so this is our first hole we're going to push the
8:13
template in so it doesn't move we're just going to come in
8:26
here okay that's all we need to do
8:32
so we'll set that drill bit aside and then you could use the same
8:37
size drill bits I just used two different ones the whole point is you want to make a dow pin so that this
8:44
template will slide on we're going to tape these drill bits in here we're going to go on the outside of the van
8:50
and you'll see what I mean in just a
8:58
second
9:07
okay easy enough now let's take this off we're
9:13
going to move it transfer to the outside of the van and we're going to keep um moving on with this
9:22
install give me one second I'm going to move the live stream
9:28
rig
9:57
may not have planned this out too well the uh let's see if the van door is actually going to
10:03
close this will be kind of
10:09
funny with one inch to spare we can actually get the door
10:18
closed all right pretty funny okay that looks like a good
10:28
spot I take the long way around the
10:53
van okay so let's get our template
11:08
now remember we're going to take our template off so we took it off and now we want
11:13
the opposite side to go right here so if
11:22
I get you guys a little bit
11:27
closer
11:52
okay that'll be pretty
11:57
good
12:10
so keep your eye on the van we're going to take those two drill bits and we're going to put them through
12:16
the holes just like
12:27
that depending on how well you drilled the hole out is going to tell
12:34
you if you uh need to actually tape the back of
12:41
it I know just from experience not to clean the hole out so when the the drill bit bites I just stop and I pull it
12:49
straight back out I don't let it kind of cleanly finish the hole if that makes sense but just in case I'm going to put
12:57
uh some pieces of tape behind it so that the drillbits won't push out
13:02
when I go to put the cardboard template on so now what we do is when we were
13:09
inside the van so the template looked like
13:15
this so we had our small hole and our big one so it was like this so now we
13:24
take keep the same orientation we're going to pick this up
13:29
and then we're just going to set this over
13:36
our drill
13:46
bits and see it just it'll just slide right
13:51
on what's nice about this is you'll immediately know if you've
13:57
messed up because what you want to see is you're going you're going to want to see
14:05
this uh this uh level with that
14:13
line so I'm going to hold this
14:27
down
15:13
so we've got two and 3/4 from the bottom of the crease on the
15:18
right and then we got two and 3/4 from the bottom of the crease on the left so
15:25
template is in position perfectly
15:32
so now we're just going to tape it on each side it doesn't shift on us as we're
15:39
tracing it and again that video that I made it
15:45
will show you how to exactly make this template so I've used this template um for four window
15:57
cutouts and when I trace it I'm going to cut out on the line not outside of the
16:03
line I'm going to cut out on the line okay so everything looks
16:10
good wish I could get you guys closer to the video it looks a little
16:27
weird
16:37
okay let's see how that looks like when I go to cut it
16:53
out okay next step we're just going to push on our template and we're going to go ahead and do our first
17:00
trace the next the second Trace we'll go and make sure we connect the places with our
17:06
tape we're just going to come in here we're going to make sure we're as
17:13
accurate as we possibly can be so take your time because this is going to be that
17:20
visual line you're going to follow with a
17:26
jigsaw and this is uh this is definitely what you don't want to mess up
17:34
on there's no redos on this
17:57
window
18:22
and definitely take care of your templates so that you don't if you need to reuse it for the other window on the other side of the van it's not one time
18:45
use before you take it off just go back and
18:50
really double check everything this is your last time to fix
18:56
it okay so once you have this finished all you got to do is just pull it off of
19:07
the drill bits and yeah we're getting ready to actually drill this out or cut
19:15
it with the jig cut it with the jigsaw man I can't talk
19:27
today [Music]
19:43
so now we're protecting the van so this is what this is our mask and tape so that
19:50
we can have our jigsaw just R across the
19:57
van while we're cutting this out and we don't scratch our paint the bottom of the jigsaw
20:03
will it will mess your paint up see a lot of videos where everybody's just you
20:09
know their they're on their roof they don't tape anything off all those cut marks you're doing
20:15
into your van uh it's it's going into the clear coat if you have a white van for example
20:23
you may not think that you're doing any damage
20:28
but if you get below the paint it could be a place where it starts to rust plus you don't want all these
20:35
scratches around here um if you're doing this your van is probably in good
20:46
condition or it might be a brand new van like this
20:52
[Applause] one
20:58
[Applause]
21:06
so good news we got our nomatic 48 volt AC in it's right over there behind the
21:27
computer you're going to also want to make sure you clean the bottom of your jigsaw so
21:34
that uh there's not any plastic or picked up any metal from another job that you're uh is digging into the paint
21:41
so you're going to want to wipe that
21:47
[Music] down and then also get these
21:52
Corners make sure you take care of the corners
22:18
and you want to take your time on the corners the corners are the weirdest part about cutting out a crl
22:24
window um especially when you make the template because it just has this kind of weird
22:30
Bend and it took me uh quite a couple times to get the template right for
22:37
that turn or the
22:56
corner
23:19
also got a new cable coming in uh by a company called tethered cables and it's
23:25
a 15 ft USB B cable it's like a professional
23:31
photography cable and I bought a magnetic mount a couple other things and hopefully I'll
23:37
be able to take the camera and then stick it on the side of the van so you
23:42
guys can get a better shot of all these upcoming videos just try to
23:49
improve improve the quality of the videos because this is this is at a
23:56
weird angle but I have my table over here that I cut
24:02
all the 48 sheet of plywood on and it's in the way
24:07
anyway okay so here's our panel it's going to go through we're
24:13
going to again we're going to cut on the line so not outside of it not on the
24:18
inside but on the line the way we make the template is the
24:24
template is the face of the cardboard on the edge that go straight down the side
24:29
of the crl window so
24:36
um when you get to these Corners you never want to go outside the
24:43
line uh if you start to just immediately stop go back and then come back in
24:49
closer don't worry about making the turn look pretty if you go outside of it
24:55
immediately stop and then take it back on the inside side because again these
25:01
Corners uh it's better to air on cutting out less on these Corners then going too
25:07
much because the first place this window is going to leak if it does because
25:13
maybe you just didn't tighten it down right or you pinched it or something it's not going to be on these long
25:19
passes it's going to be on these corner pieces it just has to do with the way
25:25
this window clamps down in my EXP
25:30
experience so the next step is we're going to take
25:35
a drill bit and where did I put the drill
25:44
bit okay we need a drill bit that's as big as the jigaw
25:50
blade there it
25:56
is so we're using a 2764 drill
26:04
bit I know that sounds wild but that is the size we're
26:10
using um back up just a little
26:17
bit camera tends to do better taking stuff a little bit
26:24
wider so let's do that
26:31
okay so the first thing that we're going to do is going to make sure we got all of our
26:38
PPE for this and tools so we have our drill so this is the drill we're going
26:44
to be using with the drill bit we're going to drill a hole pretty much here
26:49
you can do at the top or you at the bottom but you're doing it inside the line and this is just to get the jigsaw
26:56
blad started that's the only reason for this uh
27:01
drill next you're going to want to have your jigs
27:07
saw and then what we're going to want to do is I usually take a piece of uh like
27:16
a paper towel and some denatured
27:26
alcohol
27:38
and I'm going to take the blade out so I can show you's what's going on here let me move
27:43
the camera
27:50
down okay so you see the bottom of a jigsaw see how I got this plastic base
27:56
on here if you have a metal basee you're going to want to put some painters tape or some masking tape on it because that
28:04
metal is going to scratch your van even if you have tape on it um if you make a
28:10
mistake and you're just in the moment of installing your window you may start to scratch it so
28:18
before every cut I always go and I clean the
28:24
bottom so it takes off all the junk
28:30
and so now the denaturate alcohol what's nice about is is it dries really really
28:36
fast and then now I have this clean surface that I can I mean jigsa
28:43
that I can slide and I don't have to worry about damaging the
28:48
paint and then finally what we have is our jigsaw blade so these
28:54
are this is a t-shank by Bosch so a t- shank uh the way that it
29:02
installs is this lifts up and the part that looks like a t goes
29:10
in and then when you let go goes in just like that then we also
29:15
want to make sure that this little roller bearing here that guides the blade is ready to
29:23
go uh make sure you got a good charge
29:35
so the blades that we're talking about are this one right here so it's the
29:42
Bosch uh Basic Metal very thin so very thin now we want to do that
29:50
because you don't want an aggressive cut you want a nice smooth cut so you have less burs less sanding less uh jacket
29:59
edges to fix later we want to we want to make sure that we do one pass and we're
30:04
done we don't have to do any cleanup work or as very little as possible so I use the Bosch very met uh
30:11
metal very thin uh pack of Fes eight bucks nine
30:17
bucks so not a big deal
30:22
there all right so let's Reign our camera
30:32
so there we go all right now for our
30:37
PPE when you cut this it's got to be a bunch of stuff
30:45
happening first thing it's going to be loud so you're going to want to make sure that you
30:50
have hearing protection then you're going to want to make sure that you have uh some type of filter for
30:58
breathing because what happens is there's these little like aluminum I mean sorry uh sheet metal pieces that
31:05
are just popping in and out and this is super fine dust because we're using a fine Metal Blade and you just don't want
31:13
to breathe that in so use this and then you also want to have a pair of safety glasses that they have these really
31:19
flexible sides that we can wear them with your hearing protection and you need something to actually mounts of
31:27
really close to your face and that's not lets anything underneath your eyelids
31:33
uh the way I know this is if you use some cheap glasses I Look to make sure I'm on the
31:40
line and sometimes it will come out hit and go up underneath the safety glass so
31:46
now you may say well why don't you just back up well I want to make sure that I'm on the line perfectly so that's why
31:51
I'm always kind of uh looking in closely
31:58
now this may be a little OCD you guys but for me this is what works and this helps me not to have to redo stuff so
32:06
sand fix problems so if you follow these steps I can pretty much closely
32:12
guarantee that this will be a a good job for
32:17
you now what I'm going to do is I'm going to put the microphone on the other side of the shop because this is going
32:24
to be really loud so I'm going go ahead and do that and then we're going to get to uh cutting this
32:47
out also guys if you have any questions just put those in the chat and I'll on

46:24
for
46:44
all right guys got the microphone back got our window cut
46:51
out definitely use a ton of tape just to hold it it's a just a good trick
46:57
to do this uh solo and make sure the whole thing doesn't flop all over the
47:05
place so now all I have to do just grab it very carefully make sure
47:11
I don't cut myself and then we got our window cut
47:18
out if you guys can see using that metal very thin blade
47:24
look at that our
47:31
edges look how clean the
47:38
edges so that's why I use
47:43
that metal very thin
47:53
blade so the next question is how does the window
48:01
fit and I actually am pulling off a new window from the Shelf CU I haven't even
48:07
a brand new window I haven't even unboxed
48:24
it
48:34
so when you get it in out of a box it looks like this they got one single piece of blue tape around it and that's
48:54
look these are the screws you're going to get with it so we don't use these if
48:59
you guys remember from the other video we use
49:07
our drilled and tapped SC uh
49:15
screws so this is going to come with a frame so just take the frame
49:20
off the next thing there is a screen so you want to take the screen off
49:26
before you do your test
49:33
fit and so now you're left with this and you're going to want
49:39
the opener at the bottom so now
49:45
let's come up here actually we need to take that denatured
49:50
alcohol rag that we got and we need to clean off all the metal filings because
49:58
we don't want them to make their home in the gasket of the
50:08
uh the brand new window
50:16
okay now two things to note when you're doing this they these windows have a
50:21
spot weld right there so right here see that that spot weld is always different
50:30
it's either really aggressive it's in the way or it's not you actually may I
50:35
have done this before you may have to come back in here and cut like a little V Notch to make sure that this fits in
50:42
here uh
50:49
appropriately okay so got this fitting in
50:54
here our up and down is
51:00
good and our side to side is good so
51:13
let's see if you get a really good template man it saves you so much
51:19
time um see I say that and I think this
51:28
side side might be a little tight
51:35
maybe there he goes so you hear hear that pop now these are good windows don't get
51:42
me wrong but I use the exact same template on the
51:48
other side and so this one fits in just a little bit tighter on this bottom side
51:54
I'm not saying that they have a a manufacturing issue or anything like that but um this side over
52:01
here just a little tight now as long as we get it clamped
52:08
down when we have our seal that's appropriate but I actually
52:14
may depending on how this looks on the inside of the van is going to let me know if I need to take more material out
52:22
in these Corners um but if you're going to have an issue like I said it's going to be in the corner so air on the side
52:30
of caution maybe go a 16th of an inch in your first time and then do a test
52:39
fit and then put it back in so see up here how that that side's
52:44
now tight and this bottom tight so I will probably I'll probably take a little bit
52:51
more out so let's pull this off and let's
53:00
see you can look at your permanent marker to see where you didn't take enough material
53:07
out and it looks like I have
53:12
another maybe 16th less than like maybe like a 30 second or something of an inch
53:18
just just a barely a little bit but depending on like I said how these windows are
53:24
made um you might have to do that okay so let's just put it in here
53:32
like this and we're going to tape it
53:40
in now you're going to want to use pretty good tape uh masking tape
53:49
don't use painters tape whatever you do painters tape is a no no
53:58
it will not hold anything in
54:12
so okay I quickly look on the
54:24
inside
54:54
that
55:15
so I know you guys can't see this I'm going to try to explain it to you so I'm going on the inside of the
55:23
van and the places where it's tight I'm going to take my marker and make a
55:32
mark CU there's a couple tight spots on this
55:44
one this is a really good example for you guys doing this for the first time
55:49
because uh the F the one I did over there on the other side of the van was a bad example because it just went in
55:55
perfect the first time um this
56:01
one we have a couple edges we need just to take a little bit more material
56:07
out all right so what I did is I took the marker and I I put a little Mark here
56:15
here uh there's a little spot up here and then over
56:21
here and then what I'm going to do take the window out
56:40
then I'm going to take that permanent marker I'm going the inside and from
56:47
here to here needs to be opened this there
57:02
[Music] there there
57:14
there okay so if I go here so this
57:21
section this section was a little tight
57:28
that
57:40
one so you can see it's like I was saying these Corners are going to be
57:45
usually where the little adjustments are going to be uh I'm actually going to uh sand this I'm
57:52
not going to use the jigsaw saw
57:58
um I might use it on this one
58:15
first all right so let's put this microphone
58:23
down
59:23
for
1:00:40
[Music]
1:01:45
[Music]
1:01:59
[Music]
1:02:05
[Music]
1:02:15
[Music]
1:02:23
e [Music]
1:02:53
for
1:02:59
[Music]
1:03:20
okay we got our mic back
1:03:33
all right let's see how this
1:03:41
feels that's perfect that's great you just want a little
1:03:48
bit like an eighth of an inch up and down then maybe the same side to side
1:03:59
okay this is good now I know this looks crazy floppy but the other side is super
1:04:05
rigid and what does that is we haven't added the interior frame as soon as that
1:04:11
interior frame's in this whole thing sucks in and the whole rigidity rigidity
1:04:17
comes back but this is good so now when this thing clamps
1:04:22
down we don't have any catching or grabbing if you have
1:04:28
anything catching or grabbing so if you can't do that to each
1:04:34
Edge if you can't do that to each Edge what happens is the sheet metal binds
1:04:39
and it'll start to it'll warp underneath and that warping piece will open up and
1:04:45
it'll be a place where it can possibly leak so you just want to make sure that when you're done you can come in
1:04:52
here fits really nice and you can take it out but remember the more play that you
1:05:00
give into it the less sealing surface you have so the bigger your hole the
1:05:07
less you are giving it to be able to seal on this foam gasket and it's a
1:05:13
greater likelihood that it'll leak um let's
1:05:18
[Music] see all right
1:05:34
right there we go all right guys let me know if you have any questions I'm GNA go ahead and
1:05:40
take the tape off of this um in that time put some questions in the chat so
1:05:46
that we can talk about our let's see this thing not find my
1:05:53
face here follow me up there we
1:06:00
go yeah so taping the window I mean taping the sheet metal so it doesn't flap on you that's something that I
1:06:06
missed talking to you guys about at the beginning um if you notice I was going
1:06:11
really slow I don't go that slow normally I usually put a new blade in every time I cut the window but
1:06:19
um I used the Last Blade I used the blade from the other side this steel is Pretty Tough it's very
1:06:27
strong stuff so um it'll wear away a blade and if the
1:06:33
blades were nine bucks for five using a new blade on every single one so that was something I could have done better
1:06:39
on this
1:06:48
one yeah but I hope these little these tips and tricks helped you guys out um I
1:06:53
think the long format videos like this are really good just personally I know when I see installs
1:06:59
like this it's always just a time lapse and you really can't get into the details uh of how everything is actually
1:07:05
put together so I think this is going to be a good
1:07:17
one so once I clean all this tape off the next step is to sand it and since I
1:07:24
was in the moment I went ahead and I already sanded it so I don't have to do that
1:07:52
now
1:08:52
you
1:09:16
next step is rust preventative so again we take our
1:09:23
denatured alcohol we soak up a
1:09:36
rag we want to clean the inside and the
1:09:52
outside
1:10:57
I'm G take my microphone off real quick I forgot to sand the inside of the
1:11:05
van you want to sand those three
1:11:14
[Music]
1:11:22
supports
1:11:29
[Music]
1:11:40
[Music]
1:12:01
yeah that top piece that I sanded that's the most important you just want to hit that to get all those burrs out so it's
1:12:08
nice smooth surface when you go to put the window peel uh when you lean the
1:12:13
window pill up to
1:12:22
it
1:13:19
okay next is our final step and we are going to
1:13:28
take a unbroken paper
1:13:39
towel and we're going to tape this uh you can use plastic
1:13:45
too so we're going to tape this to [Music] the edge right
1:13:52
here and that way we can uh spray our
1:14:02
inside if you're worried about overspray getting on the van that's not a
1:14:16
problem it looks like it would just come through the paper towel and I've
1:14:21
already done this a bunch of times so we're going to get our first
1:14:29
one and it's kind of funny but these paper towels
1:14:34
are exactly the size that we need
1:14:40
to get this job done
1:14:52
so
1:15:15
so Isn't that
1:15:22
cool
1:16:09
all right guys I'm going let's see is he following me still there we go so I'm going to go
1:16:16
ahead and do the rest preventative on the inside uh it'll take me like a minute and then I'm going to move the
1:16:23
desk back around so you can see what it looked like after I sprayed
1:16:52
it
1:17:22
it's
1:17:29
[Music]
1:17:42
[Applause]
1:18:27
so this is the paint that we're using if you guys are wondering it's pretty much the one I
1:18:34
always use kryon Fusion on
1:18:39
[Music]
1:18:46
one so you can see how when we spray it how the paper catches it on these
1:18:51
corners and so we're able to get the whole entire Rim by doing it in just one go
1:18:59
instead of having to tape off the whole van plastic both sides
1:19:07
um it does a much better much easier job also with this paint you only have to
1:19:13
wait one minute between coats as long as you do a thin first
1:19:21
coat [Music]
1:20:21
for
1:20:53
okay let's move back over to the
1:20:59
van good guys if you have any questions put those in the comments it's okay if the video is not
1:21:07
live I'll put uh I always go and check
1:21:21
them see I'm going trying to figure out how we got in here the live stream
1:21:51
rig
1:22:19
[Applause]
1:23:21
that
1:23:49
so I'm just cleaning tape residue off of here so I don't have to go back to
1:24:21
it
1:24:36
okay so what we did in here let's zoom in really
1:24:51
quick so the most important parts of this are
1:24:59
this upper section here that you grind away you want to make sure you get a really nice coat on
1:25:06
that and then we come in spray in here and that takes care
1:25:13
of the inside ring and then we come and spray down on these three
1:25:19
pieces and then these pieces and I like to use matte black
1:25:25
because uh I can see exactly where it goes um
1:25:31
also uh I don't know it's just what I've always used so that will make sure that
1:25:38
everything is rust preventative or rust prevented we won't have any rust or any
1:25:45
issue around the window seal and that is pretty much it
1:25:51
so that's it for our live stream today everyone make sure that you guys check
1:25:56

company Odyssey custom vans so the van that we're building behind me that is a
1:28:53
customer van that we are currently working on but the van that is behind this one is the one you see right here
1:29:00
so this is the van that we were working on the last couple months and this van is for sale if you want to check out a
1:29:08
tour of the van we did a quick video we took this van to the adventure van Expo in Chattanooga
1:29:14
Tennessee um it was awesome to go to that event if you haven't been to an Adventure van Expo I highly suggest that
1:29:20
you go it's really cool tons of Vans tons of Builders tons of products uh not
1:29:26
only that I get to meet some of you guys I had some sub uh subscribers come from the channel to the event we get to hang
1:29:32
out for a little bit show them the build in real life and it was really really cool the van that is for sale is this
1:29:40
one so down here we have all the information on what is included in that
1:29:45
van from the dedic RTX 2000 12 acaso airtop Evo 40
1:29:52
heater um we even got an isotherm Cruise 130 fridge 16 gallons of gray water for
1:29:59
the hidden shower pan so that there's a hidden Tetra van shower pan in the van
1:30:05
so you guys can check this out there's tons of photos love for you guys to check out this
1:30:12
van we have a flip and fold seat by fredman seating these are really cool they get out of your way but then also
1:30:17
allow you to have two additional passengers when you need it uh a lot of Flatline van Co kitchen Galley and upper
1:30:25
cabinet components uh one thing I really like about the van is the Aesthetics chews in the bamboo with
1:30:33
the uh the uh you know black powdercoated
1:30:39
aluminum and our adventure wagon interior kit so this is built around an
1:30:46
adventure wagon interior kit that we installed so we installed the adventure wagon kit first then we added all the
1:30:52
compatible components second so when you install an adventure wagon system
1:30:57
there's a bunch of L Trak and you're able to take some manufacturers and do direct bolt on such as we did with
1:31:03
Flatline vanco to the ceiling and the kitchen GLE that both mounted to the wall of the L Trak and the adventure
1:31:10
wagon kit so yeah here's the van um outside we
1:31:15
did a riget Industries amber light scene light as well as doing a fiama f 45
1:31:22
manual awning and then we've got Nova hanging out outside while we're doing the photos
